für eine 4Sterne Unterkunft hätte ich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, Zimmer war ungepflegt , lockere Steckdosen ,Abfluss verstopft ,Haare im Bettlacken wurde nach Reklamation sofort behoben allerdings waren die Haare immer noch vorhanden .

Salle de bain infestée de fourmis

Le calme de la résidence

Cons:

La salle de bain était infestée de fourmis. Il y a visiblement une fourmilière qui loge derrière le meuble de la salle de bain (alors que la chambre est au 6e étage). A 275€ la nuit, c'est tout bonnement inadmissible. Nous l'avons signalé le lendemain matin à la réception et tout ce à quoi nous avons eu droit ce sont les excuses des agents d'accueil, aucune remise ni rien. A ce niveau de prix, c'est vraiment prendre les clients pour des pigeons.

Un peu cher pour 1 seule nuit mais très agréable dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

L'emplacement (proche du RER et d'une boutique pour l'appoint si besoin), hôtel très sécurisé et standard accueil disponible H24.
Insonorisation très bien et petite terrasse privative.

Cons:

Il manquait de la vaisselle à notre arrivée.
