A price-performance balance for Paris

Price-performance ratio of this hotel is good for Paris.

Enough room for four people. Not as small as many Paris hotels.
Useful kitchenette
A small Franprix supermarket is just 50m and a bigger Monoprix is 150m away
Parking in the street is free after working hours and during weekends.
Nice cafes and bistrots are available in walking distance.
Easy to reach to city center (11 min. by car to Arc de Tromphe)

Our daughter enjoyed free apples from reception everyday

In google reviews, people said there is no daily room cleaning, but our room was cleaned everyday.

Facilities look older than they look in photos.
Sofabed was not comfortable (as expected)
Hotel corridors are a bit smelly
No balcony in the family room

Cleanliness was OK but due to old equipments, it does not let you feel super clean.

Our neighbours partied every morning between 6-9. Very strange timing, not at night but in the morning. We heard just music and people noise. Not too disturbing but the hotel should be careful about the number of guests actually allowed in a room

Buenas camas para dormir y cómodas. Es lo más importante del viaje, la limpieza también.

Lieu calme et apaisant proche de la Défense
Pros:

J'ai aimé la proximité avec la Défense surtout le centre commercial les 4 temps de Westfield de la défense. On y allait à Pied c'etait pratique.

Cons:

L'attitude d'une dame agent d'acceuil qui a fait preuve de laxisme et d'incompétence dans son travail. Elle nous a donné une chambre déjà attribuée et pire a soutenu mordicus que c'est nous qui étions en tord que la chambre ne l'était pas. Elle nous a fait perdre plus de 2h de temps et faire des allers retours entre la chambre (attribuée à une autre personne) et le service d'accueil (avec nos valises svp!). Nul n'était l'intervention d'un autre de ses collegues qui s'est aperçu que cette dame a fait une erreur dans l'attribution de la chambre, elle allait nous laisser poirauter la indéfiniment.
