Séjour catastrophique, service médiocre et prestations très loin d’un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

C’est de loin l’un des pires établissements dans lesquels j’ai séjourné. Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut afficher 4 étoiles.

L’accueil est catastrophique : personnel désagréable, non professionnel, et clairement agacé au moindre échange. On a l’impression de les déranger simplement en posant une question.

La chambre est tout aussi décevante : mobilier ancien, propreté négligée, seulement 2 verres pour un appartement prévu pour 5 personnes, et un ménage réduit au strict minimum, puisqu’ils se contentent de changer les draps. À 300 € la nuit, c’est inacceptable.

J’ai même demandé à payer un supplément pour un ménage complet, mais on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible en raison de l’affluence de l’établissement. Une excuse franchement inadmissible.

Le minimum n’est pas assuré : pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre, il faut le réclamer à l’accueil à chaque fois. Les draps sont de mauvaise qualité, les sacs-poubelle ne sont pas fournis, et il faut aller soi-même jeter ses déchets. Quant à la lessive, il n’y a que 2 machines à laver pour une centaine de chambres. Autant dire que le service est loin d’être à la hauteur.

Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel.

Affordable and good location
Pros:

Great location, the kitchen was super handy and there is a small grocery store across the street. Easy to walk to the train station to get into the main parts of Paris.

Cons:

It is a dated building, paint coming off the wall in our room, wobbly table legs etc. but still a good place to base yourself.

Bon accueil mais chambre en état d'usage
Pros:

bonne situation géographique (transport en commun, commerces, salle de spectacle)
amabilité du personnel (accueil, ménage, petit déjeuner)
bonne literie et insonorisation.

Cons:

la climatisation de la chambre est difficilement réglable. Peu de fraicheur pendant la canicule. Le mobilier et l'ouverture des fenêtres sont en état d'usage, fauteuil taché. Le descriptif donné lors de la réservation en ligne ne correspond pas tout à fait à la réalité (pas de fer à repasser, pas de chaussons)

Pros:

The location is really convenient. Very near the Defense esplanade.

Cons:

The cleaning could be better and the cleaning lady walked in my room without knocking before and did not even bother to apologise !!
