지하 주차장 사용에 20유로 추가 요금을 주고 예약 해야한다는 사항이 영어로도 한국어로도 명시가 안되어 있습니다. 단지 호텔 도착해서 직원이 출력해 준 이태리어 약관에는 기록이 되어 있어 그 순간 당황했고
너무 주차 공간이 좁아서 내가 당시 돈을 주고 예약하려해도 안된다고 합니다.
결국 직원이 배려해준 공간에 바깥에 오전 7시까지만 세우고 이후 빈 공터에 차를 옮겨 주차했던 불편한 경험이 있습니다. 저는 이미 이 곳을 이용하누경험이 있어 다른 사항은 익숙하고 좋아 불편함을 느낄 수는 없었지만 이번엔 차를 가지고 출장을 다니다보니 이런 어려움을 알게 되었네요. 시정이 필요합니다.
