Eine große Enttäuschung!!
Pros:

Ein Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Krisenmanagement katastrophal, die Klimaanlage funtkionierte nicht, wir hatten eine Suite (sehr teuer) und mussten mitten in der Nacht in eine kleinere Suite übersiedeln, dort funktionierte sie wieder nicht.
Keine Kommunikation, kein Entgegenkommen der Chefin, null Freundlichkeit, wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang mit Gästen!

Excellent location
Pros:

It’s located at the port, very close to the shuttle service to Maddalena Islands and boat tours. Also at night there’s a street market nearby, which makes this stay in Palau very interesting. Staff was always very sympathetic.

Cons:

Breakfast is not very fresh and varied, juices are artificial and there’re only a few fruits. It wasn’t a problem for us, you can order (and pay) extra things à la carte (avocado toast, etc.)

Pros:

Everything was on level and as is showed on pictures. I would definetely point out staff that was very welcoming and helpful, and included breakfast that was very good.

Pros:

Large bedroom with balcony, lovely bathroom with plenty of bench space, great shower and personal amenities. I loved the decor too. Breakfast was excellent as was the dinner at the in-house restaurant.

Everything was really great!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. Room was large and very comfortable. Clean. Good lifts and great breakfast. Good location. Easy walking distance to the boats for La Maddelena. We loved our stay here. Truly relaxing.
