There was construction going on.Banging on the ceiling in my room so I couldn’t sleep, loud in lobby from them jackhammering the floor apart dust flying everywhere,Couldn’t even hear the man to get checked out.Elevator shook and made a noise to where we thought it was going to break,The room phone didn’t work,There was no bedding for the sofa bed.I left a day early.I could t take it.

The spa suite. The pool.
I think the breakfast should be free. The incidentle fee being charded every night is unreasonable, only because I do not get the money back as fast as they take the money. I have to wait and I do not like waiting on a tight budget. The television in the living room did not work. I call service, no one ever came to fix it.
The hotel is currently under substantial construction for renovation. My reservation was made on the Hilton website and while making the reservation, I was not informed that significant construction was active at the hotel. There was consruction debris in the hallways. The rooms on the opposite end of our floor were being cleared of all furniture to prepare for renovation. Not what I'd expect from a Hilton Hotel. Be advised!
Didn't think I'd need to ask about major construction. I told registration that I expected to have been advised in advance. The response was, "We understand that's been an issue." That doesn't meet my expectations. Yours?
The breakfast was very good and the location for what I needed was great.
The cleaners of the room.
Easy access, quieter location than others. Fireplace is a great idea. Food service is great .
Getting just a bit dated in certain areas, needs spruced up. Weights in exercise room were partially missing. Elevator quit working second day.
I had left a gold cross bracelet on the light table but when I called within two hours after checking out, it was not on the table where I left it. That was disappointing. I just figured someone else needed that cross more than I did.
I liked how fast I was accommodated. My friend accidentally sent me a link to the Hilton Garden Inn located at 305 Harry South Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401, but she was staying at the hotel located at 174 West Street, Annapolis, MD 21401. So, I dutifully made a reservation at the erroneous location. But on the day of check-in, we realized the mistake and I was able to quickly make a reservation at the correct hotel. And they gave me a great rate of $130 for a king-size bedroom. All in all, I couldn't get anything back from the other hotel, but it was only $104. So, I guess the real cost of the room was $234. 😊But that's alright, we were all there for an event in Annapolis, MD and had a blast. The staff was great, too. Very nice people.
I didn't like that parking my car was an extra $35. I believe the other location had free parking. Also, the next day, my friends and I had breakfast, but they had a voucher for their breakfast whereas I didn't. But I didn't mind, I liked having breakfast with them, especially after such a wonderful event in Annapolis. My breakfast bill came to $25, which I felt was reasonable for what I ordered. It was delicious, too. Had the eggs benedict, coffee, and cranberry juice. And I did get a ketchup bottle, but it was so new that the seal had not been properly taken off. 😊I just found it funny; this didn't irritate me.
All was fine, except the breakfast was the worst ever. For the price charged they should be able to afford a decent buffet breakfast.
Upon our arrival we were not greeted. No one at the desk said welcome, hi, glad you’re here, no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Room smelled of smoke, telephone was just sitting on desk attached to nothing (no cord), nothing for our luggage (luggage rack), toilet seat was just sitting on top of toilet (not bolted snuggly), blood stains? on curtain, tub was so slippery I almost fell when I took a shower. No “free” hot breakfast as is offered in almost every Hilton we stay in. Room was old and outdated. Worst Hilton brand I have ever stayed in.
We stayed one night here in Edgewater and had a nice stay. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. We were on the first floor and could hear people above us so I would get on the top floor if possible. Otherwise it was quiet. Also the pool and hot tub are outside so they were closed for the season which was disappointing. We left early and did not partake of the breakfast. There is a nice gas station/ convenience store nearby but not much else to walk to if you are looking for proximety to restaurants.
