I love this Hilton
Pros:

Thank you Kayla for making me not only love Hilton more, but making me want to come back to this specific Hilton. I felt like I was at home and cared for by every staff member of this Hilton. Kayla was a friendly front desk employee that checked me in and made sure my experience was very memorable. I appreciate the staff, great amenities, and location of this Hilton. Thanks everyone!

Very Nice Hotel with Good Amenities
Pros:

Overall, this hotel was much nicer than expected for a "Garden Inn." The room was nice and good size. The staff was very friendly as well.

Cons:

I had bad experience at breakfast. I walked up to the only waitress and asked to see a menu. I don't know if I upset her or what happened. She said that she did not know how long the made to order breakfast would take and recommended I instead go with the buffet, which I obliged. After that, she never provided any service to me after that. I had to walk up and request my utensils, and she never came to my table to provide service (I actually wanted to order a water). I finished my meal and waited around for five minutes, but she had disappeared. I went back to my room and called to the front staff to charge my card for a buffet; I hadn't tipped a waitress in years or longer, but she literally did nothing, so no tip was provided. Otherwise, it was a good experience at this hotel. The beds are somewhat hard, but that is personal opinion.

It was overall good!
Pros:

The king bed and pillow was very comfortable and the corner room was quiet.

Cons:

Everything was good except the hotel didn't provide water bottles for free. All other hotels I stayed provided 2 bottles of water daily and I didn't bring my water bottles which made me feel anxious. Small details make a significant difference when trying to create a positive impression.
No shower gel, hand soap was on the shower wall next to shampoo & conditioner which doesn't make sense.

Fantastic even the parking lot was good.

Pros:

we were there for less than 12 hours but check-in and check out were smooth and easy. Unfortunately, someone pulled the fire alarm around 2am but aside from that everything was fine.
