Pros:

we were there for less than 12 hours but check-in and check out were smooth and easy. Unfortunately, someone pulled the fire alarm around 2am but aside from that everything was fine.

Not the amenities you remember
Pros:

If you’re booking for the great breakfast, keep looking.

This may just be a casualty of the post-COVID loss of amenities, but breakfast has gone downhill. Waffles and omelets are now an up charge from the buffet. The eggs, bacon, and potatoes were cold as was the hot water for tea. The orange juice was orange in color but not flavor. The pastries were just this side of stale. For $15 pp or $5 for a small a la carte pastry, stay at a neighboring property and actually get hot waffles with your breakfast OR eat elsewhere.

Also the bar is closed weekends and housekeeping only services the room every other day.

The property and the staff are nice. The room was clean and they were very prompt with extra linens.

Would I stay there again, probably not.
Should you stay there, depends on your priorities.

Cons:

Breakfast was included while booking. But the front desk did not denied. Rooms were given in different floors and said complementary breakfast will be given to compensate. Again in billing they charged for breakfast. Please refund it.

Avoid This Place At All Cost!

Avoid this place. The entire hotel is under renovation but they don't tell you that on Booking.com. The manager in reception is working out of a closet. You have to enter the property from a side door and none of the ameneties are available because the entire place is being remodeled. It is a construction site. It is the same price as all the other hotels in the area that are clean and functioning with full services. Who wants to stay at a dirty construction site where none of the hotels services are available? This is a rip off. On top of that I'm still trying to get the promised refund from the property. Worst experience ever!

Friendly People, Bustling Area
Pros:

This part of town is ALWAYS very busy and ever-evolving. Over the last few years it's been a relief to know this Property will take good care of me. Linda, night-audit, was very attentive to my needs and went out of her way to acknowledge my Status; she was also very busy w an Event on-site yet she made me feel important. The Fitness Center has been updated and has heavy-weights. The pool area, like always, is very nice and features a hot tub. I enjoyed a hassle-free late checkout and was able to meet w AGM Ronaldo, a very nice man. Good Stay, busy area.
