Conveniently close to London for the convention I was at.
Pleasant and clean, friendly helpful staff, room had a Jacuzzi that relieved me of back pain for the first time in awhile.
Neither expensive nor inexpensive but very good for the price.
This hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the personnel overall is very helpful.
The only exception is the night staff. If you are in need of help after hours, you will unfortunately find a lack of attentiveness.
Our room was spacious, tidy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable in an affordable price. The reception team was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was so good. This hotel is highly recommended.👌
Everything was excellent!
We stopped in on our way to go to the airport for our honeymoon. We had I initially took a standard room. After discovering electrical issues, Jaivin went above and beyond to upgrade our room and made it that much more special for starting our honeymoon.
After a great night and surprisingly good breakfast, we were offered very cold water bottles after check-out.
The employees made us feel like they cared and that goes without saying that we'd recommend you have a restful place to say on your next visit to London, ON

Honestly these rooms are very very nice. I actually highly recommend this hotel compared to other ones I've stayed at in London. The rooms were nice and modern newly renovated also a plus is how comfy the beds are there! Jaivin was so kind and helped me out with my husbands service dog and was so accommodating. He was truly so kind and so helpful and for me that makes such a big difference when checking in to a hotel. I've had a lot of experiences staying and hotels and this for me was a 10/10 experience. Thank you to Jaivin for making our time here so nice and comfortable. He was awesome.
Someone’s dog across the hall would not stop barking
Very welcoming evrything looks very clean and neat, would stay here with my family.
It was a good stay. The place was nice and clean.
Room was a good size
Wonky shower head. We were offered another room, but we declined as we were there only one night. Black mold in shower along grout lines. Disappointing for a 350$ a night room. Still waiting for our final statement to be emailed.
We had a great experience. The suite was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed.
Nice hot breakfast and they were able to accommodate me with gluten free bread.

We have stayed here numerous times and liked it very much. Unfortunately we had a main floor room this time and the entire hallway smelled like wet carpet or wet dog. The room itself also smelled. We were only staying one night so didnt bother asking to change as we were tired and just arrived at 8pm
