Great price and location was very clean.
Pros:

Very clean, friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast was excellent. Overall it was a great value for the rate.

Cons:

The shower had quite a lot of visible mould on the chalking.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, we all enjoyed it. There is coffee the whole day. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

The service here is exceptional! Smooth and efficient check-in even though there were several people checking in at the same time- front desk was very quick. Our room exceeded expectations. It was clean and spacious with very convenient amenities-like a fridge, microwave, sink, and stovetop to name a few.We stayed in a one- bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of four. We asked for extra linens and towels and they were delivered to our room promptly- excellent service. We also noticed that even though the hotel was fairly busy, the halls were very quiet, which made for a very peaceful evening and restful sleep. We highly recommend Homewood Suites. This will be our go-to hotel when we travel to London from now on!

Incredibly disappointed with this hotel having the Hilton name
Pros:

I am a Hilton rewards member. Have not been disappointed until this trip. The tub was dirty with mold, the dishwasher had an inch of water with floating food particles. There were no lamps in the sitting area so the the room was dark. I asked for a lamp, the desk clerk stated that was the way the rooms were, no lamp. So I asked if there were other rooms with a lamp, no response. The couch and ottoman were torn. The cover on the ceiling fan was off with the lightbulbs removed.

This was a phenomenal stay!
Pros:

This Homewood Suites in London Ontario is phenomenal! The rooms are very spacious and immaculately cleaned. My family and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. We had a king size bed and a double sofa bed. It was perfect for our daughter. Eldose and his staff are fantastic! Each one of them took a moment to make sure our stay was perfect! We love staying at this hotel when we’re in London.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay. Unfortunately my condo flooded and my insurance company acquired me to stay at a hotel while the repair work was getting done. Everyone at Homewood suites was absolutely fantastic, including the odd upgrade to the jacuzzi. Suite one of the employees that really stood out was Daryl if I needed to move rooms or bring bags from the car. He had no hesitation assisting me. I suffered an injury a few months ago making walking a bit challenging as I recover and having staff that helped out during this recovery really made the difference.
