Nice Hotel, but needs more up keep.

Cons:

Wonky shower head. We were offered another room, but we declined as we were there only one night. Black mold in shower along grout lines. Disappointing for a 350$ a night room. Still waiting for our final statement to be emailed.

Great experience
Pros:

We had a great experience. The suite was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed.

Nice hot breakfast and they were able to accommodate me with gluten free bread.

Nothing negative to report.

Pool was good. Rooms bed etc good. Staff great.

Cons:

We have stayed here numerous times and liked it very much. Unfortunately we had a main floor room this time and the entire hallway smelled like wet carpet or wet dog. The room itself also smelled. We were only staying one night so didnt bother asking to change as we were tired and just arrived at 8pm

Pros:

Idk what I was expecting. But it's first impression is poor. I choose a room on the app,. Only to find when I arrived that I was assigned a digital key for a different room. Fine. I enter and look to hang up my jacket,. There is literally no where near the entry to hang anything,. No closet, no hook, no shelf. Found the closet in the bathroom with a broken door. Won't slide. Use the facilities,. Stained. Yep. Stains in the bowl. The shower has similar Im guessing rust stains. You can see unaddressed abuse to the room and fittings too. Dinged door frames. Stains on the comforter. The couch is rock hard. One of the overhead lights in the kitchen is flickering. Not impressed. Would not choose to stay again. 3 stars b/c its close to my destination, easy on and off the highway and no bugs noted.

Excellent Hospitality and a Memorable Stay
Pros:

I stayed in Room 616 at Homewood Suites for 27 days. I had a wonderful stay, and it was a truly memorable experience. Since it was my first time in Canada and my initial days here, I was new to everything, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed through their friendly and caring behavior.
I would like to thank Jaivin and Rreza from the Reception team; Alen and Lyia from the Kitchen team; Arosh and the other room service members for their amazing support and kindness. They were always helpful, patient, and ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Their warm hospitality made my stay feel like a home away from home.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thank you to the entire Homewood Suites team for making my first days in Canada such a positive and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate your efforts and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Hilton needs to do a little update. Great room, fantastic breakfast. Thanks Liya.
Pros:

The Hook on the bathroom door was broken, a mattress pad, not blanket was put over the top sheet on the bed. The bedroom mirror was still not clean and the toilet seat was sliding off the toilet. So some of those things were fixed during our visit. So, not quite the Hilton standard we’re used to. Though the room was awesome!

We also were going to be moved to another room after our first night as I booked one room with Points and the rest of the Reservation cash so they were two separate reservations. But Rreza worked hard to get this resolved which we greatly appreciated. Also, the breakfast was fantastic and Liya worked hard to create create an appealing breakfast spread.

Pros:

Pool was fun! We are so happy to have the breakfast in the morning. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room needed better stocking of supplies. There was no body wash left. Toilet paper had 1/2 a roll. Only one coffee pod and 2 towels for a king suite. Disappointed
