Cleanliness of the rooms. Microwave, fridge and stove is very nice accessories to have. The text message we received shortly after checking in to see if everything was good so far and if we needed anything to message. The room was very clean. We asked for rooms side by side and they accommodated us with attaching rooms which was also nice. No complaints at all with the inside of the hotel itself.
I thought we were getting a room with a jacuzzi but we hadn’t. Wasn’t a huge deal just would have been nice. When we inquired about it they didn’t have any rooms available with a jacuzzi again not a huge deal. There was what appeared to be a windshield shattered in the parking lot that took up 4-5 parking spots. I didn’t realize it at first and parked right on the glass. The glass still hadn’t been picked up after checking out. Puddles of Water also in the parking lot that took up another 7-10 parking spots. I had to park in the puddle unless I wanted to park way further down from the entrance of the hotel.

Could have been cleaner. Pool was very cold. Breakfast was.mediocure.
The room was the only thing good about this hotel
Where do I start,
I showed up with 3 kids, early afternoon and wasn’t notified that the pool was closed, so when asked what I was suppose to do to entertain my kids for the rest of the night since the hotel was already $200 for less than 24hrs he had no idea,
When asked why I wasn’t notified at check in, again deer in headlight.
So we sat in the room all night
He said the pool would be fixed in the morning - when we were leaving…. We stayed an extra hour, still never opened….
The breakfast was garbage.
Tasteless, some items were cold, the waffle machine didn’t work properly.
It was literally a waste of a night.
Already having a bad day, we were excited to just go to the hotel and relax, have dinner, swim at the pool, and instead we got stuck in our rooms.

Great location. It was close to everything, but it was away from heavy traffic. Modern design interior. Room was clean and large. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable temperature controlled. Everything worked in the room. It felt like a small apartment with all the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful when we interacted.
I wish the blackout curtain went totally across each window or a blackout shade instead. There was a trash can full for the entirety of our stay near the elevator on our floor. Those were small things I noticed, but will not deter me from coming back.
The room is clean. The receptionist is very nice. Kids were happy to stay there.
The breakfast is nice too.

Layout of the suite
Had to wait to check in. Room wasn't clean by 3 pm when check in starts. Smell in the hallway, toilets were low and toilet paprr holder would not stay on the wall.
The staff was very professional and courteous in providing service at hotel.

There was an ant infestation in my room and at the pool. Ants were everywhere.
The kids loved the pool. The room was big enough for us with kids to be comfortable and have plenty of space to play
Breakfast… the worst thing I’ve ever experienced 🤮 seriously avoid at all cost! We asked for towels multiple times and were never ever brought towels had 3 when we came in Friday… 5 people in room . Kids used them in the pool. Pool room had no towels. I asked for more to shower were told everytime someone would bring them .. we checked out at 11 Sunday . Never recieved towels
