Comfortable stay with excellent staff support, but service speed needs improvement.
Pros:

A pleasant surprise overall , everything was great, honestly more than I expected.

The staff overall were very polite, respectful, and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable.

They also provided complimentary airport drop-off transportation (one-way only), which was a helpful and appreciated gesture.

However, speed and efficiency need improvement. Requests to housekeeping or the relevant departments often took longer than expected. The dining experience was extremely slow, from placing the order to receiving service. Additionally, checkout was very slow, as I had used room service and it took considerable time to verify and clear the outstanding bill.

Apart from these points, the overall experience was very good, and I would still consider staying here again.

Cons:

Speed and efficiency need improvement across services. Requests to housekeeping and other departments took longer than expected, the dining service was extremely slow, and checkout was delayed due to time taken to verify room service charges.

Good overall for business trips.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable & convenient rooms, staff are great, location was good for me coz i was on a biz trip and my meetings were in the area.

Cons:

Gym was not very clean.
Food selection in the main restaurant buffet not great.
Chinese restaurant was ok after customizing some dishes, room service was average.
