I would rate this Rate Ramada Plaza as the best hotel among all top hotels in Karachi and Lahore.
Pros:

Was checked in by Adeel Imran in an exceptionally courteous and professional manner. He was extremely cooperative, forthcoming and pleasantly hospitable. The waiters in the dinning area were also very courteous and displayed outstanding service.
Breakfast was excellent with an elaborate menu. Room was perfect and clean. Location was ideal for my work concerning clients in the airport area besides being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Cons:

We had to ask tissues every where
They didnt have tissues on our table at the restaurants
They didn have tissue box in the room
The didnt serve tissues with the in-room food service

The eastern food was good but the burgers and sandwiches were terrible
usually club sandwich is the safest food to order anywhere in the world but here for the first time in my life it wasnt just ok it was actually bad
even at the dinner buffet, the noodles and chicken was bad, eastern food was good though

They need to have good quality juices and shakes to their menu
we ordered mango milk shake
all we got was mango meshed with water and there was no milk, even the pina colada was bad
its summer and we should get more otioons in juices which are actually good

Its was good break and relaxing

I didn't like One thing: For your Guest easiness, please provide the Breakfast service to room, Sometimes, its not possible to go to food sitting area in morning while you busy in your office / domestic works.

Average and need staff’s capacity building to behave and act that they are working in and for five star hotel.

Rooms are quite old style and need renovation. I asked iron and after 30 minutes I get that and it was out of order. At breakfast I asked for tea and get it after 20 minutes.
