At check in, after booking the room with booking.com, I was informed they had one room left. THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST FIFTY DOLLARS.NON REFUNDABLE FEE FOR A CAT. AND TOOK A HUNDRED DOLLAR SECURITY DEPOSIT AS WELL. They THEN gave me key cards and when I went to the room, it had another guests personal belongings in it. THEY GAVE ME KEYS TO ANOTHER PERSON'S ROOM!! the front desk guy had no idea what happened. So they gave give me a free upgrade to a king suite. The room smelled like putrid vinegar coming from the air conditioning unit!! There were stains all over the floor and it was filthy. But we stayed in the smell and filth anyway because there was no other rooms and we already had paid an exorbitant amount of money to just stay there for 3 nights. When we went to leave, i checked out and shortly after they refunded the $100deposit. However, four hours later I got a sixty dollar charge from them.!! When I called back, they said it was because we had ruined towels.
It had feces all over them from my service animal!! I SAID THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE SINCE I CHECKED THE ROOM BEFORE WE LEFT! MY TRAINED ANIMALS DID NOT HAVE ANY INCIDENT IN THAT ROOM. When I asked for an email with the pictures, they did not send them. Probably...Because they did not have them!!! I was informed to call the next day and speak to the manager. I told the manager all of this the next day and she said she would call me back after she talked to housekeeping. I still have yet to hear from them.And now they are avoiding my calls. I want a refund. That was a nightmare stay in a dumpy hotel and they flat out lied and stole money from me.

Low class hotel
Pros:

This was our first stayed at a Baymont Hotel, should be classified as a Motel. The shower was a big issue, shower head kept moving when the water was on, the A/C sounded like a wind tunnel all night, couldn't sleep good, the breakfast bar didn't have much selection. Room price was to high for what we got. We do not recommend this Motel, and we will not stay here again.

Loved it
Location was good next to mall and different restaurants to eat at and close to RTC bus stop!

Cons:

I did not receive housekeeping the whole time I was there I had to clean my room go downstairs to get my own towels toilet paper soap!
Also the pool and jacuzzi was not available it was closed

Ben Stellar - Wyndham's FINEST
Pros:

I want to recognize Ben at the front desk because he is an all-around AMAZING person to see the moment you walk into the hotel. From my first day checking in, every time I’ve seen him he has been ready to help, with a genuine smile and a great attitude. He is sincere when he talks with you, remembers you, and makes sure you’re taken care of. Whenever I needed help, Ben was the man of the hour. Wyndham has a stellar employee on their hands who outperforms the competition easily. Be more like Ben.

Se fueron cayendo las estrellas.
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno, pero todos los días lo mismo, huevos, salchichas, wafles, reposteria frutas, tosradas, cereal.

Cons:

Nunca limpiaron la habitación. Tuvimos que ir a la recepción a pedir papel higiénico porque se acabó y se nos dijo que al día siguiente sí nos limpiarían la habitación pero no lo hicieron. Nosotros mismos tuvimos que sacar la basura de la habitación porque se estaba acumulando. Solo hay una secadora y una lavadora de ropa y alguna persona las ocupó y se fue por más de dos horas. El elevador se atoró dos veces.
