The Inn at Cocoa Beach

If I could give more than five stars I would. Probably the most comfortable and relaxing stay I have ever had at a hotel. The facility was super clean. The staff was over the top nice. A relaxing quiet atmosphere. Just a great overall experience. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much before leaving I booked another three nights for next January. Keep doing what you're doing, I don't know how you could do it any better. I'm 74 years old and my wife and I stayed for several nights. I've just become one of your biggest cheerleaders. Thank you.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to beach. Breakfast is homemade! We enjoyed quiche, breakfast muffin, fresh fruit. Fresh ground coffee.reasonably priced.

Our experience at The Inn last night was outstanding. It was exceptional in every way. We went to Cocoa Beach to watch a night launch. We wanted to be directly on the beach. Check in was easy, our room was spotless and the serenity of the stay could not be matched. Our room (102) opened onto the pool area lawn. The bedding was very comfortable. I actually took a little nap by the pool in a comfy chair under an umbrella. There is calm background music pumped into the pool area that could not be heard in the room. A relaxing waterfall made the most wonderful background noise. There is a wine and cheese social hour that was fun. Breakfast was nice. We felt safe at all times. The only issue is the water pressure in the shower. It was adequate but I'd love it to be more. Check out was seamless.

If you want an assuredly comfortable stay, book here. It was the same price as other places that would not be as nice. I wholeheartedly endorse The Inn. We will certainly stay here again whenever in Cocoa Beach.

Amazing place , all Staff er super kind and helpful . The place is just infromt o the beach , is calmed and besutiful. I had a super stay there and would return .
Space Coast is really cool and Cocioa beach a really good choice
They have this social wine and cheese hour daily at 5pm where you can talk to other guests , and it is for free.
Really nice, nice breakfast , Coffe and tea all day too.

We had a very nice experience, it is a quiet place with beach access, includes healthy breakfast, good vibes , great staff.

The hotel is very visitor friendly. Everyone we interfaced with was very friendly. We really liked that this is an adult only. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

This is our our seventh time staying here. We always enjoy it! We will definitely be back next year.

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Lovely pool. Very clean with lots of chairs. Warm enough to swim in December! Nice breakfast included with harney& sons tea. Happy hour with wine, cheese and grapes. Staff members are very professional and friendly. They provide towels for the beach and you can also get an umbrella or a chair for the beach complimentary.

Cons: We stayed in room 202 which is quite small, you can pay a little bit more for a larger room in the tower. The bed is too soft for us, the linens are very nice. The coffee is horribly weak, so if you enjoy a good strong cup of coffee, you won't get it here, walk over to Starbucks, which is the closest coffee shop. There is no coffee service in your room, but it's available in the lobby quite early in the morning.

So the bartender Judy is amazing her drinks were great and she was so sweet highly recommend coming to see her she is quick and professional

Upon our arrival, the owners gave us a nice tour of the facilities. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us here.

Great hotel. Not your typical beach stay. Somewhat retro, accommodations with a relax, quiet vibe. Great staff makes you feel like your staying at an old friends place. Quick access to beach.

We loved everything about The Inn! Every staff member we met was sincerely friendly and eager to offer assistance. Our room was clean, small and comfortably decorated. We loved our private balcony with the pool and ocean view. The property was beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully managed with comfort and convenience a top priority. Loved the breakfast room and fresh food offerings (staff was exceptional!) The 24 hr coffee availability was very appreciated not to mention the "honor bar" the tea and cookie service and 5 o'clock happy hour with wine, cheese, crackers and fruit...unexpected and very well done extras! We loved talking to Liz at the front desk who gave us lots of local knowledge and recommendations! Our cleaning lady, Maria, is a sweet heart, always eager to offer her services going beyond the expected!

We had high hopes but after waking up to what we think was a bed bug crawling on my husband in the bed and ants in our room our one night stay was long enough. We couldn’t leave fast enough we even forgot our shampoo in the shower we just wanted out. then had to pay to get everything cleaned at our next stop. Hotel lady simply said “oh my god” when I told her not I’m so sorry, we will make this right, nothing. So they will not get my business back nor any of our friend.
