The Inn at Cocoa Beach

This was such a wonderful visit here. I love everything about this place. The staff are so nice, food was great, love all the different areas you can go and sit and relax, and the view from my room was breathtaking! Looking forward to coming back next year 😀

As it has for years, The Inn at Cocoa Beach is my favorite getaway. The rooms, ambiance, everyone working there, and being so close to the ocean, makes this one of the best places I have ever stayed. I go there two, sometimes three times per year and it never changes. For a restful, peaceful, beautiful experience, do yourself a favor and visit this incredible hotel. I guarantee you will never want to stay anywhere else on the beach.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The staff is wonderful, breakfast is great, location is unbeatable with fabulous sunrise and beach views. You can see space launches as well. Plenty to do in the area and the village of Cocoa. We have stayed there for several years and will continue to come back.

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a hidden gem. After discovering this place several years ago, we make sure we go there a couple of times a year. We never want to go anyplace else in Florida! From the front desk, the sweet ladies who prepare breakfast, the lovely ladies who take care of our rooms to the maintenance crew who keep it meticulous, it is truly unique The best part is that its always the same year after year!

simply loved this hotel! Very nice rooms, easy access to beach with free use of beach chairs and umbrellas, great breakfast included. Easy walk to several good restaurants for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend. It's for adults only which was an added bonus!

Wonderful getaway as always! We have been coming here for at least the past 18 years and we love it! Everyone is so kind, fun and they truly care about your stay with them. Best of the best!

B&Bs are always a nice alternative option on a journey with lots of stays in (chain) hotels. The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a quite charming abode in Cocoa Beach, which otherwise is not spoilt with many picturesque accommodations. I was happy to find the Inn online, and even happier during my stay there. The prices are reasonable (relatively spoken; it was still ca. US $ 400.—for one night, and this is not a luxury place). However, this is a quaint and delightful little hotel with direct access to the wonderful beach of Cocoa Beach and its great views towards the Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island in a distance. I first got a very big (but rather empty and somewhat old) room on the second floor, which I could swap – for a little extra fee – with the „Honeymoon Suite“ on the 3rd floor. The furnishing of the rooms – from all I could see – is a bit old-fashioned, maybe also a bit tired, but clean and cozy. Everything is relatively dark, however. Especially the windowless bathrooms and showers. There are no (luxury) extras either – e.g. neither fridge (except in the Honeymoon Suite) nor safe, however, the innkeepers are superfriendly and helpful. You,definitely get a lot of support, no matter what you need. Breakfast is included and delicious. It is served in a big room on the first floor or in the garden. Very nice. You get also coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby 24/24. And you can buy some drinks and nuts etc for a reasonable fee. There is a pool, towels are available at the reception, as are beach chairs and umbrellas, as I was told. It is also an excellent point of departure, if you plan on visiting the Kennedy Space Center or watch a rocket launch (hours and dates are posted at check-in, too). I enjoyed my stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach and will probably be back at this adult resort.

Quiet old world comfort. If you need anything, just ask. Friendly smiling staff, especially at breakfast gets your day started on a positive note.

Last minute change in plans caused us to look for accommodations on the beach and walkable to the Cocoa Beach pier. The Inn was FABULOUS! Spacious room with a wonderful deck AND the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had….HOMEMADE quiche and muffins, self serve station to make soft or hard boiled eggs, choice of bread/toast, HAND CUT FRESH FRUIT, excellent orange juice and yogurt.
We will definitely return!

My sister and I really loved the Inn. The view from our balcony was outstanding. The location itself is great; very convenient to Cape Canaveral to the North as well as the sites to the South as East. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the wine and cheese happy hour and appreciated the breakfast in the morning very much. The grounds are well cared for and there is a nice mellow vibe to the place. Everyone who worked at the Inn was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is a true gem!

Beautiful clean rooms with balcony over looking pool and ocean in the distance. Afternoon wine and cheese reception is a unique feature allowing conversation with other guests. No children allowed so a nice adult escape

My husband and I just spent a lovely three nights at this Inn at Cocoa Beach. The entire property is well maintained and very clean in all areas - both the room and public areas, pool etc. It was very quiet, being adults only; which is a bonus you don't find at many hotels. The staff in all depts. were friendly and smiling - shout out to the breakfast ladies who were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was simple, yet plentiful to start the day. Overall it was a really nice getaway and we will recommend the inn to others. My only suggestion to the owner is providing two hooks on the back of the bathroom door; as well as hooks or a towel bar for the sink area.

Wonderful stay, spacious clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. The view from 4 th floor was perfect! It was very easy to find from the Orlando airport. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful in making the reversions checking in. The breakfast staff was very friendly and the food was top notch, very homey feel with the serving set up. The dining room was warm and inviting. We felt like we were in someone’s home, not a hotel! We were close to shops and restaurants, easy walk to the beach. Special touches like a tiny vase with fresh flowers on the bathroom mirror and a standing 2-way makeup mirror were very nice. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine from the “Honor Bar” one night by the pool. The proximity to Kennedy Space Center was great.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Probably the most comfortable and relaxing stay I have ever had at a hotel. The facility was super clean. The staff was over the top nice. A relaxing quiet atmosphere. Just a great overall experience. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much before leaving I booked another three nights for next January. Keep doing what you're doing, I don't know how you could do it any better. I'm 74 years old and my wife and I stayed for several nights. I've just become one of your biggest cheerleaders. Thank you.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to beach. Breakfast is homemade! We enjoyed quiche, breakfast muffin, fresh fruit. Fresh ground coffee.reasonably priced.

Our experience at The Inn last night was outstanding. It was exceptional in every way. We went to Cocoa Beach to watch a night launch. We wanted to be directly on the beach. Check in was easy, our room was spotless and the serenity of the stay could not be matched. Our room (102) opened onto the pool area lawn. The bedding was very comfortable. I actually took a little nap by the pool in a comfy chair under an umbrella. There is calm background music pumped into the pool area that could not be heard in the room. A relaxing waterfall made the most wonderful background noise. There is a wine and cheese social hour that was fun. Breakfast was nice. We felt safe at all times. The only issue is the water pressure in the shower. It was adequate but I'd love it to be more. Check out was seamless.

If you want an assuredly comfortable stay, book here. It was the same price as other places that would not be as nice. I wholeheartedly endorse The Inn. We will certainly stay here again whenever in Cocoa Beach.

Space Coast is really cool and Cocioa beach a really good choice
They have this social wine and cheese hour daily at 5pm where you can talk to other guests , and it is for free.
Really nice, nice breakfast , Coffe and tea all day too.

We had a very nice experience, it is a quiet place with beach access, includes healthy breakfast, good vibes , great staff.
