It’s fantastic. Family trip to London. 10/10
Pros:

It’s a gorgeous hotel. Stayed with my family. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They balance a 5 star experience without feeling stuffy. That’s not easy. Here the compliment, we saw the concierge in his day off having tea with his family at the hotel. That shows they know how to build a team and make it a fun rewarding experience for everyone. Hope I do that in my business. The location cannot be beat and our rooms were huge and everyone was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Feels like your home after the first night.

Das exklusive Hotel liegt im Herzen von London mit fanatischen großen Zimmern, Marmorbad und perfektem Service. Das Team vom Hotel ist einzigartig, freundlich, charmant. Wir fühlen uns dort ausgesprochen wohl, es ist nicht zu groß, genau das lieben wir! Es gab traumhaftes Frühstück, auch haben wir in der Bar am Nachmittag köstliche Snacks genossen.
