nice restaurant and good varities of breakfast.

Cons:

Service is too slow in the evening. Did not replace towls when taken for laundry and one towel is nice but the the other is overused.

It’s a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The bed is very clean and the staff is very helpful.

Cons:

The material of the bathtub has some rust and should be replaced. The door sound of the elevators does not give good impression to guests.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Great value for money.

The staff were all excellent and friendly. Location to my needs when in Manila was great.

Cons:

Hotel definitely showing signs of its age and could use a facelift and some maintenance. The toilet in my room would back-up. The drain in the floor had been siliconed over, so there was nowhere for water from the shower overflow to go.
