Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Great value for money.

The staff were all excellent and friendly. Location to my needs when in Manila was great.

Cons:

Hotel definitely showing signs of its age and could use a facelift and some maintenance. The toilet in my room would back-up. The drain in the floor had been siliconed over, so there was nowhere for water from the shower overflow to go.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating when I needed them since I was injured during my stay. They helped me a lot during my stay.

Cons:

The room, even if it looks a bit old/outdated due to some of the furnishing but what I didn't like is the shower since it's in the same area as the bath tub. Otherwise, it is still ok since it is clean.
