The room was really clean and quiet
The sofa bed didn’t come with sheets ,hair in the shower, hallways smelled like wet but rooms smelled great and breakfast was expired
It was a convenient location. The bed a surprisingly very comfortable. Chipotle next door. Wendy's across the street. Not far from The Battery. Hotel had indoor swimming pool and a fitness room. No complaints.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
The breakfast was really good. Rooms were nice and clean.
To much noice in the building. 1st night someone was bouncing a ball and running back and forth form 10:00pm - 1130pm We were worried that they may fall threw ceiling. Next night someone at 2:30am was talking very loud in the hallways on the phone.
Maybe put a sign on the doors and hallways to tell people to be quiet when coming in the building late in the morning, it is a hotel and people sleep there.
It was clean, and when I could find a staff member, I was able to get what I needed for my room.
I was charged full price for a room that I had checked out 18 hours earlier due to the power being out and the hotel having no generator. I was offered a $50 refund. This is unacceptable. The whole time I was there, the "Sorry, we'll be back, we are helping other guests " sign was up. It was obvious that they were short-staffed, and that is not okay.
Location
They put us in a room that was not supposed to be utilized and it was much smaller and awkward. Also, gave me the other room with one bed instead of 2, but the manager credited me $40.00.
It was convenient to retail and not far from six flags. It was comfortable and safe.
