Great stay and thank you so much for putting me in a room that had beautiful ocean from views!
Pros:

Balcony views were stunning! The room was a great size for 2 people. Breakfast was a nice touch as well with plenty to choose from. Overall a great stay with great service! Thank you so much for getting me to a much better room than what I initially got!

Cons:

The room was a little dated. Head board of the bed was a bit used and abused. Furniture was not as modern as I would have hoped. The views and the service made up for the few misses. Thank you for outstanding service!

Pros:

Muy buen desayuno, cama cómoda, 2 buenas piscinas en excelente estado, adecuado número de tumbonas, salida tranquila al mar y excelente vista al atardecer desde habitación. Locomoción a menos de 50 metros del hotel para Old Town. TV con muchos canales y sobre todo para ver el mundial. Áreas comunes muy limpias y amplias.

Cons:

Al baño le faltaron detalles. Poca luz, no tenía extractor, sin colgador de toallas.

Closer attention to detail required in the suite eg no soap in the cloakroom in the suite. Water glasses weren't changed everyday. Just very little things which should be there for a 5* hotel

מלון 5 כוכבים ברמה גבוהה. שירות מעולה, חוף ים פרטי למלון יתרון משמעותי ובריכה יפה. ארוחת בוקר טובה.
היינו אמורים להגיע עם תינוק ולכן שידרגו אותנו לחדר גדול ללא עלות.
מיטה נוחה מאוד, מקלחת מפנקת.
ניקיון ותחזוקה בכל המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו מהר.
ניקיון החדר פעמיים ביום.
מעולה למי שמחפש להנות ממלון ולנצל את מה שהוא נותן.
