Très agréable
Pros:

La plage de cet établissement ainsi que le confort de cet hôtel. Le Bus pour se rendre au centre ville et juste en face et disponible même tard le soir donc pas besoin de prendre un taxi 👌

Hotel bonito, com muitas comodidades, mas ficar atento a detalhes que estragaram a hospedagem.

Hotel é muito bonito e com muitas comodidades

Cons:

A equipe de praia foi muito desrespeitosa em um dia em que havia vento e não podia abrir os guarda-sóis. Não havia ninguem p informar sobre isso, e quando abri sem saber, fui mal tratado. Detalhe que, 15 minutos após o ocorrido, tinha mais de 20 guarda-sóis abertos. Falta de habilidade para com os hospedes. A academia possui 2 esteiras, 1 quebrada, e 1 dos dias, aguardei 45minutos p poder usar. Não condiz com uma hospedagem 5 estrelas. E o grande incomodo, NÃO FIQUEM NO ANDAR 5! Nos colocaram em 1 quarto abaixo do restaurante principal, onde as 5:50hs, começam arrastar as cadeiras, e o barulho reflete todo no quarto, pelo restaurante ser no 6º andar. E o Barulho não para, pois o café vai até as 11:00 da manhã. Ou seja das 5:50hs em diante, não se dorme mais.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Zimmerservice war sehr oberflächlich.
Ein Großteil des Personals beim Frühstücksbuffet mag seinen/ihren Job nicht.
Aber es gibt zum Glück auch Ausnahmen.

Das Hotel Valamar ist einzigartig. Die Location und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist traumhaft schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Austattung des Hotels ist erstklassig. Das Speisenangebot und die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend. Dieses Hotel verdient seine 5 Sterne!.
Wer nicht mit anderen um einen Poolplatz streiten will und das Besondere sucht ist hier richtig.

we really loved it. perfect combination of a beach holiday then visiting the city at night
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, the room lovely although it was quite a walk from the elevator, the spa was a delight.

Cons:

The lunch time food could have been better. We ate their twice which we didn't enjoy so found other places to eat nearby.

Very welcome personal. Close to the beach. They provide a major amount of activities inside the hotel. Clean rooms.

Cons:

The hotel facility isn't fenced. So you may expect people walking under the balcony.

Colazione varia e abbondante .

Cons:

Moquette rovinata e anche a volte sporca nei corridoi.La spiaggia non molto pulita e disorganizzata . Non si comprende perché c’era uno spazio dedicato ai LIVELLI 5 ma dove quasi tutti non comprendevano a chi spettava e chi no. La spiaggia alle 16 si affollava improvvisamente di centinaia di bambini e ragazzini che creano un trambusto. La parte finale della spiaggia era completamente abbandonata senza controlli.

Hotel rewelacyjny. Warto było dopłacić do pokoju V LEVEL. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, wszyscy serdeczni i pomocni. Pokój z przepięknym widokiem i udogodnieniami. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje, świeża woda i miły gest w postaci czekoladek. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy czekały na nas talerze z wędliną, serami i butelka wina.
Osobna strefa z leżakami na plaży, zimne ręczniki na ochłodę w upalne dni. Jedzenie wyśmienite, śniadania i kolacja a`la carte, przepyszna kawa i świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy. Transfer w cenie pokoju w wygodnym wysokiej klasy samochodzie. Świetną sprawą jest osobna strefa relaksu gdzie o 17:00 można napić się szampana i przekąsić coś lekkego. Spektakularny widok już na wejściu do hotelu. Codziennie muzyka na żywo. Plaża z drobnym kamyczkiem i łagodne zejście do morza, basen zewnętrzny z pięknym widokiem na morze i sąsiadujące wyspy.
Jestem bardzo wymagającym klientem, ale ten hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Już szukam terminu żeby wrócić tam jeszcze w tym roku. Jeśli szukasz miejsca wysokiej klasy, ale bez zadęcia to jest to idealny wybór.

Leider war der Frühstücks Kaffee überhaupt nicht gut.

Auch waren das Bett an manchen Stellen schon etwas mitgenommen bzw hatte Gebrauchsspuren.
