Tolle Lage, traumhafter Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon mit Meerblick. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Öffentlicher Bus alle 10-15 min zur Altstadt von Dubrovnik direkt vor dem Hotel.
Heizung (im Oktober bei 15-20 Grad Außentemperatur) hat im Zimmer leider nicht funktioniert, da nur Kühlfunktion der Klimaanlage.
Colazione e cene molto buone, menu vario.
Zona colazione e ristorante molto carina.
Zona piscina comoda e con una bella posizione.
Camera vecchia, parquet usurato, tavolino usurato, testiera letto consumata.
In una settimana hanno messo 4/7 un telo bagno in meno..non attenti.. pulizie al minimo.
Zona spiaggia concepita malissimo, lettini uno addosso all'altro, mancanza di privacy.
Copri lettini e teli macchiati.
Sinceramente non può essere valutato come 5 stelle.
E sinceramente se senza card non puoi accedere all'ascensore dovete fornire almeno 2 schede a camera.
Prezzi per consumazioni extra troppo alte..una bottiglia di acqua 7,50€...

- I would not call this a 5-star hotel. It is shabby, and in need of an a update. For example, the leather on the headboard was peeling off, the beach deck chairs were falling apart with the foam exposed along with stains on, hallway walls crumbling etc.
- The breakfast was okay. The food itself tasted like it was sat out for too long. It seems there was a lack of staff to help turn around tables, which made guests walk around searching for one that was set.

Breakfast service was disorganized. Also, the staff was not restocking the food. There were a lot of things that were unavailable or empty. This is a consistent complaint amongst visitors.

A return visit to this hotel and another wonderful stay, after some initial challenges with our room we were moved to another room and much better location. We had a couple of minor challenges with dinner, in fact the main restaurant we found better for dinner that the more exclusive one where service was poor on occasion.
