Pros:

Great location-close to airport and walkable to old town restaurants and riverside walk. Also small parking area onsite. Perfect for overnight stay before an early morning flight.

Pros:

The price was really low. So I cannot complain too much. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall condition of property was quite run down, parking was extremely tight and was charged for. Small rooms with less than no-frills.

Everything else was ok but the dirty carpet with many numerous past stains left a lot to be desired. Definitely had to wear my shoes(not barefoot) around the room. Also, the carpet has not seen a vacuum cleaner in a long time. I can see lot of bits of stuff on the carpet around the whole room. The carpet is filthy. I didn't pay much for the room $35/night for 7 nights...so I get what I pay for.

This hotel was alright, definitely nothing special. We only stayed one night so it was sufficient. However, there didn’t seem to be a bar or laundry services as advertised. It is also in a sketchy area, nothing is really close. The service was good, very friendly. Overall, okay place to sleep at but probably wouldn’t stay longer.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in

Possible one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. It was so bad I had to check out after 30min it’s to find another hotel. Firstly it’s located in an extremely rough part of Frankfurt. The walls were paper thin, the curtains were nearly hanging and weren’t even big enough to cover the window. The mattress was basically wood, there was dirt everywhere, never been cleaned properly for a while. No one should ever stay here!

We were only there for a night--popped into a quick museum in the morning and flew home in the evening. It was all we needed it to be. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was the standard European buffet. The area is definitely safe, but looks like it might not be at times. WiFi was weak in the building away from the front desk.
