Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

We had a fabulous time at last palomas resort! The room was excellent in every way, the resort and beach are fantastic, everything is clean and very fancy, we are excited to come back again! We also really loved the guys at the pool bar- Enrique, Brandon, and a few others, did everything they could to make sure we were happy. They even helped us arrange a welcome cocktail party for our team as they arrived. We had an especially great interaction with Juan Q at the front desk - we had 19 people, 3 rooms, 4 cars, and 2 different credit cards for a business conference. It could have been a nightmare just checking in! But Juan was amazing, he got us all checked in right away, and explained everything so clearly. It was a perfect first encounter for a really great weekend overall.

Balcony was peaceful with lounge chairs and a 4-6 person table. The view was stunning.
Swim up bar was a lot of fun and a great place to hang out socially.
The beach was lovely spending 3 days going between the ocean and the pools.

The room was clean and nice.
The property is big and was somewhat difficult to find the phase/room as they lack signage but all good.
They definitely need more parking. There wasn’t enough, we had to look around like 15 mins that was close enough to our room. Staff was great. Previas of the food and drinks are a little higher than usual.

The property was probably was beautiful ocean view. The staff could have better customer service. The two restaurants on the property food is not very good..

Best kid activities like piñata, loteria, and happy hour!!! Best time ever!! We will be back again! We come every fall break

Overall experience was 10/10, staff members were nice and helpful. Room was in excellent condition, we had a great pool and ocean view.

The apartment is quite outdated. The toilet water runs continuously, the microwave doesn’t work, and there weren’t enough outdoor seats for five guests. Additionally, there were no games available in the apartment.

This is a real resort and they take care of their guests.

We had a great time! Can’t wait to come back.

Great experience throughout - starting with Juan Q at check in. He was very friendly, efficient, and added bonus for us - he spoke perfect English (unfortunately our Spanish is very limited)
The property is kept very clean, staff is constantly cleaning.
The pool bar has great food and good service.
Underground secured parking another plus.
We love our frequent stays at this property!

Everything’s weary good.

We had a one bedroom condo very close to the beach in one of the buildings that is at the front. We had a beautiful overlook of the pool and the beach. We received daily room service , towel change and cleaning. There was a little hiccup on our arrival. The gate guard wouldn’t let us in since we did not have a room number only a reservation Number , it took some troubleshooting however, the rest of our stay definitely made up for it. We parked in an underground safe garage, there’re also always a few taxis at the front by the gate. coffee shop for morning drinks and pastries. Pool bar has a decent menu for lunch. Didn’t eat at any restaurants within the property but apparently there are 2 on site

We have stayed at this property a lot over the past 10 years. This stay was different. They have made many repairs and upgrades to the property. The restaurant food menu was greatly improved and as a result, we ate at the property
