Pros:

La ubicación es relativamente buena pero no la ideal.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico y repetitivo. Las camas incómodas, las almohadas viejas e incómodas, tenía un olor a humedad la cama. Habitaciones sin ventilación, muy calientes.

Cons:

El problema fue que al llegar al hotel, se me informa que se me había cancelado la reserva realizada y que me iban a movilizar a otro hotel con la mala ubicación y de menos calidad. Asumiendo que estaba fuera de control el buscarme una solución que fuera más viable y que no generara incovenintes. Gaste en un transporte extra para poder llegar al otro hotel, me tuvieron esperando en el lobby más de dos horas y fue bastante incómodo tanto para mí como para mi familia. Luego de eso el personal del hotel nunca se comunicó conmigo para buscar disculparse por el inconveniente y eso hace que mi valuación sea “MALA” porque realmente pasar eso mi primer día de vacaciones hizo que el viaje se tornará más complicado porqué hicimos cambios en nuestros planes gracias a ese incoveniente
