Küche war gut, Zimmer sauber, Pool schön warm .
Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Service - Mitarbeiter müssen unbedingt an ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten gegenüber den Gästen.

Zimmer sind ok
Ausstattung im Hotel ist in Ordnung
Pool und Sauna waren ok

Cons:

Der Service beim einchecken dauerte ewig und man hatte gleich Verständigungsprobleme.
Das Personal sprach kaum deutsch sehr große Verständigungsprobleme.
Das Personal war total überfordert, das Geschirr vom Frühstück stand manchmal am Nachmittag noch da.

Die Sauna sowie das Schwimmbad hat etwas stark gerochen, laktosefreie Produkte fehlten. Das Buffet ist nicht sehr aussagekräftig und abwechslungsreich.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und haben es nicht bereut. Preis-Leistung sehr gut, wenn man nicht auf Luxus steht. Kann m

Schön war die Lage und die Ausstattung. Kleines aber feines Schwimmbad mit Saunabereich.
Das Essen war gut und reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es auch manchmal ein bisschen aufmerksamer hätte sein können.
Preis-Leistung definitiv sehr gut :)

Die Wurst- und Käseauswahl eher Discounter, Vielfalt=Fehlanzeige🙄 Keine Thüringer Spezialitäten sondern nur DiscounterWurst - Fisch/Lachs fehlte ganz.
Schwimmbad o.k. aber die Sauna geht gar nicht 🥴 80iger Jahre Charme im Keller. Dampfbad kaputt - kein Freiluft Zugang. Fliesen und Armaturen seit 1991 anscheinend noch im Originalzustand 🤦🏻‍♂️- hier hätte man vor 10 Jahren schonma renovieren müssen um 4 Sterne Sauna zu rechtfertigen 🤷🏻‍♂️

Das Essen war nicht so besonders. Abends gab es immer wieder die gleichen Salate und ebenfalls war bei der Wurst keine große Auswahl.
