Prime location, free parking, quick drive to centre, free parking
Pros:

The hotel location is away from usual traffic, very friendly staff, breakfast was very good. Our room was very good size and big bed. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

We had an issue in the shower, the shower house and the inlet pipe needs replacing, we struggled with this which only Leeds to take more time to finish taking bath. No other issues. As the place is old, but it not poor place to stay at all. I would recommend the hotel if they could ease or check the rooms while they clean and fix any issues.

The location was good. Staff was good

Cons:

The hotel had strange noises overnight. There was a whispering noises throughout the whole night coming from the corridor. Sound of doors opening and closing. Beds were not comfortable at all. We struggled to sleep

Weekend stay in Birmingham
Pros:

The location was great for what we wanted.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. Although do not use the taxi phone at reception. They put the phone down on us twice then when we did finally speak to someone you could hardly hear them and they said taxi would be 5 minutes but was over 45 minutes. Luckily we ordered another taxi from another company.

Location was good for us

Cons:

Booked a disabled access room, I also messaged the hotel regarding the disabled access room, when we checked in the first room Had a shower over the bath which I cannot get in, the second room had a shower with a step into it, as the hotel was full we had to accept this room & my husband helped me in & out of the shower, when talking to the receptionist, the hotel only has 1 fully accessible room, it doesn't state on the booking.com website this important information.
Also the bed was really small so didn't have the best sleep.
