Friendly staff nice room
Location a bit noisy
Easy check in and out. Breakfast was good.
The mirror in the room had a crack. Water was draining too slow in the sink basin. Other than that the rest was good
The location is good and I love the face there’s free parking and free breakfast with my booking. Staff are very friendly well the evening staff anyways.
The AC and heating was broken we were sweating all night. There was cob webs in the room and the vacuuming wasn’t done to the best standards there was bits on the floor.
I didn't like anything at all other that easy access to the hotel.
The worst experience ever in an hotel environment. The checking in staff was rude and unhelpful. After approaching him to let him know of the roon condition I.e loud music and lots of noise from neighbouring rooms, he was dismissive and kind of -you have to get on with it....... *All rooms booked and can't move you anywhere*
Didn't sleep the whole night due to the noise and smelly room.
You could hear guest talking from neighbouring rooms, no privace.
Not a place I would like to stay next or recommend.

Location was good for visit to Birmingham event
On arrival, the lady on reception looked like she didn't want to be there.
No smile, not the first impression you expect or should receive.
Attitude throughout the several interactions was not good. Body language was not what you expect.

Bed was uncomfortable noisy spring pinging when you moved loose floor tile on entrance to bathroom,hairdryer not working
All of above and the considering I paid more than other hotels as I expected good service standard
Great value for money especially with breakfast included. Clean and staff were friendly. Ideal place to stay for Villa Park.
Breakfast was a bit disorganised, kept running out of crockery and things being empty.
