Excellent hotel near LSU with great staff
Pros:

The two-room suite was ideal for our needs: they are spacious and well-equipped, with a well-stocked kitchenette. Breakfast was hearty and better than at other hotels of the same chain. You will find several dining options within walking distance.
One staff member was outstanding: receptionist Ossola helped us with a medical emergency and she was overall extremely friendly, professional and forthcoming.

Cons:

This had nothing to do with The Residence Inn: The pool had to be repaired during our entire stay. Receptionist Ossola contacted a neighboring Marriott to ask them whether we could use their pool, but they declined. Very disappointing behavior from another Marriott.

Pros:

The property is perfectly comfortable for 6 people, very clean, with a beautiful view, and has all the amenities as described. All the facilities are perfect, and the access to the beach is spectacular. 10/10.

Cons:

I just want to emphasize that the sofa bed there doesn't open properly, and the coffee maker also didn't work correctly, but these are minor details that don't detract from the beauty and coziness of the property.

Parking payant ! . Aucun service pour ce prix :pas de surveillance, pas fermé ni couvert.

Petit déjeuner industriel, catastrophique.

Un appareil salle Fitness avec une partie en plastique cassée ce qui empêche de l'utiliser correctement

La piscine :couleur verte bizarre et de toute façon squattée par un grand groupe qui l'a monopolisée très tard et bruyamment.

Notre réservation de suite 2 chambres n'a pas été respectée. Message une heure avant le check in pour annoncer que les autres personnes précédentes resteront plus longtemps et donc nous n'avons été obligés d'accepter les 2 studios qui restaient disponibles et donc d'être séparés. Pas du tout ce qu'on voulait.
Je voulais une chambre calme. J'ai eu celle sur la piscine avec les cris jusque minuit!
Manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme.
Prix trop élevé par rapport à la qualité.
