Dead roaches in the room
Roaches crawling on wall in hallway
The only thing I didnt like was when we checked in and got in room it was hotter in the room than it was outside so we had to turn a.c on and come back later so that it had time to cool off.

Nothing. Went out to dinner, returned to room and cheeked out after 4 or 5 hours.
Room smelled moldy. Running AC on full blast while out to dinner had little effect on temperature and no effect on terrible smell. Toilet was stopped up and sink drained very slow. Floors were dirty. Would not stay at this location again.
The staff was very friendly and prompt. The location was very accessible and had enough parking lots.
My room TV was not working. The telephone was not working. No dial tone to call the front office. So, I had to come down to the front office and report the problem.
Loved the room & morning clerk was nice.
The night clerk wanted to rent the room room me for almost $90 more than what was advertised & the keycards would not work the side door to return into the hotel
I arrived for check-in at around 1:30 AM and had already informed the property in advance through message about my late-night arrival. However, when I reached the property, there was no receptionist at the front desk. I rang the bell multiple times and even contacted Best Inn customer service, but they said they had no control over the property and advised me to reach out to the front desk directly. They casually mentioned that the front desk person might be in the washroom or asleep, which was quite unprofessional.
After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, and already being exhausted from traveling, I started looking to book another hotel. I gave it one final try by repeatedly ringing the bell, and eventually the receptionist showed up wearing a headset and clearly looking like he had just woken up.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a late-night check-in. I would not recommend this property to anyone planning to arrive late at night.
The roaches and bugs all over the hotel, killed 4 in the room alone
