Cons:

Frühstück typisch amerikanisch, für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig, Jugendherberge Feeling. Zu teuer. Bett zu weich.

We enjoyed it & planned to stay again but not almost 4 times the price!!
Pros:

Perfect location & clean

Cons:

The extreme price change based on time of year. We stayed in April for $250 and 1 month later the rate is $878!!!!

Good stay, free parking is good but I do think they up the room charge to make up for it.
Pros:

Like free parking, breakfast options are ok, but are hit/miss depending on day. Pool and hot tub were very clean and nice feature. Holly at the front desk was great.

Cons:

Not sure how often rugs in rooms and hallways are vacuumed. There was a piece of candy in the hallway that remained there for 4 days.

My stay was only over overnight, but the location of the hotel was perfect
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about places to go and see. I also like that they had cordless phone chargers in all the rooms. Additionally, they let you park your car in their lot even on the day you check out so you don’t have to pay extra for parking downtown somewhere else.

Convenient, but Needs Managerial Improvement

The experience could have been better if Shayla, the M
anager had given better customer service at Check-in. I have been a Hilton Honors Rewards Member since 2013. As a Tier Member, gift bags are presented as a standard upon arrival. When I did not receive mine, I requested one. Shayla had the nerve to say I can get some water from the upright cooler. I asked for a bag like the other man in front of me (maintaining a professional tone). I've never been treated this way before in all my stays at Hilton facilities. I know she could use some Diversity Training as well as Managerial Improvement to sharpen her skills when dealing with customers of all backgrounds, as well as her staff. They should not (nor I) be subject to condescending treatment.

Other than the above unfortunate display of subpar customer service, the location was convenient, and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, free parking.
Pros:

I'm late in posting this, but I do want to state how much we enjoyed our 3-night stay this past December when we were visiting family in western PA. We had a wonderful stay & want to specifically praise Mary & Lamont who were so helpful in addition to be being friendly & fun to talk with. They made our stay even better just be being who they are. My husband is a Gold Hilton Honors member, so we got a free upgrade, which made our stay even MORE special - we had a wonderful room. AND, we truly appreciate the free parking. We will definely stay with you on future trips to the area.

This issss NIiiiiiccceee!!!!
Pros:

I was here for business my first time and I LOVE coming back. This place is amazing. Where it’s located, the Staff OMG Mary! Yales care you! Like 💯💯 Best location, best staff, amazing views and walking to pretty much anywhere. Bed and rooms are so comfortable and to me very just make you feel like your in a suite!
