Overall we were happy and will be staying here again.
Pros:

Very clean. The kids loved the pool area. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The best was pretty firm. Some people might like that level of firmness but my preference is a softer bed.

I would stay there again…100%
Pros:

Very clean, lots of parking, had to use a key card to get in. The view from our room was very nice also.(we had 3 windows)

Pros:

It was clean, AC unit worked great, TV as well, staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The pool and gym were closed for renovations but at no point during booking/check in were we advised of this. Kind of felt like a scam, considering there wasn’t any discounts either for staying there.

Clean, Spacious and I will return
Pros:

I like that the room was spacious and clean! I also enjoyed that it was close to almost everything dining, downtown strip, and the tram car ride. Checking was smooth and easy and we enjoyed the free parking and breakfast served every morning. Not many places in Pittsburgh offer free parking so we were glad they offered it.

Great front desk staff & stay!
Pros:

Another great stay at the Hampton Inn Strip District, thanks to James and Mary, who know how to make guests feel welcome. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable for our family. We will definitely be back!

Super location with the most friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros:

I have been staying in Hilton properties as a loyal member for 40+ years. And I have to say this was one of my best experiences....The most amazing friendly staff who went out of their way to help us with our bikes, make suggestions on tour ideas, attention to detail, etc. WE loved our corner room with nice view. Its layout was so unique not the ugly cookie-cutter motel unit. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast better than most Hampton Inns. Great location, walk/bike to so much. Electric chargers for our hybrid car. Just a super stay.
