Off to see the wizard
Pros:

The best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming! Especially James and Jamie who greeted us and checked us in! The hotel/room was so clean! Came to town to see Wicked at the Cultural Trust Theater. Amazing show! Would definitely recommend and will always choose this place for future stays in Pittsburgh!

Outstanding Stay Thanks to James!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn, and the biggest reason was James. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We are here for the annual car show of world of wheel which has since been cancelled a day early due to weather. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Any questions or needs we had were handled quickly and with a smile, and his positive attitude truly made us feel welcome. With the sever weather we were about to experience he made sure we were set and ready to be out of the car show with large cehicles & trailers without second thought. It’s rare to come across service like this, and James is a true asset to the hotel. Thanks to him, our stay was exceptional, and I hope he is here next year when we stay!

Without a doubt a perfect place to stay.
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting History Center and the strip district. Excellent staff - Holly was extremely pleasant and helpful. Free parking is a major plus. Good breakfast.

Went to Pittsburgh to see Paul McCartney! 10/10 would easily do that again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown is located in the most perfect location! So much within walking distance! Neat being able to walk to the PPG Paints Arena! We got the chance to see Paul McCartney! Yay! The day was chilly but we warmed up at the Heinz museum before the evening concert! Thank you for welcoming us! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The rooms were large and accommodating! Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing as well. Everything was in walking distance from the strip where a lot of gun things to do were.

The hotel was great but you have some unfortunate homeless people near premises
