Undoubtedly it is one of the best places to stay in Bangkok. Innumerable number of times i ve stayed here. Location being the most promising factor. Breakfast a bit pricey, but, its one of the best breakfasts being served in Bangkok. During last visit, i ve asked and requested to kindly maintain rooms neatly. Still the request has not been taken proper care. There are still cockroaches roaming freely in rooms and on the bed too!!! Bathrooms need paramount repairs. Hopefully the management may take proper action this time

It's not a highly rated hotel so I knew what I was getting into but there was mold in the room. Curtain were old and stiff. They don't change the bedding. Cleaning crew was friendly. Easy to get transportation at an hour of the day.

Spent 3 minutes in our first room before we asked to move. 1st room was smelly, urine.
2nd room didn't smell but was very tired looking. Black mould in shower and around the sink. bedside reading lamp stuck together with tape.
Shower screen looked like it hadn't been descaled for years.
Walls had dirty splashes over them.
To get WiFi, I either had to sit right next to the room door or sit in reception.
Mirror in room cracked.
Carpets in the corridors filthy.
Quite a few prostitutes visiting the hotel.
Pictures on websites make it look nice but they were more than likely taken when the hotel was first opened.
Booked 7 days there but only stayed 3 days.
It's a dump.

I was forced to give a star. I wish we could give 0 stars.

DO NOT STAY HERE – FILTHY, UNSAFE, AND DISGUSTING!

I cannot stress this enough—STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! This was, without a doubt, the worst and most horrifying hotel experience I have ever had.

From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong, musty, damp stench, like mold and rotting carpet. But nothing could have prepared me for what I saw when I entered my room.
• The entire room reeked of wet carpet and dirty socks.
• There were horrifying red stains all over the curtains and furniture, running from top to bottom. I can’t say for certain that it was blood, but it definitely looked like it.
• The bed linens were disgusting—stained, ripped, and covered in someone else’s hair. The idea that I was expected to sleep in that filth is revolting.
• The bathroom was a nightmare—mold covered every wall, every corner, from the floor to the ceiling.
• The toilet barely flushed, adding to the overwhelming feeling of filth and neglect.

I immediately complained and was moved to another room, but it was just as disgusting. The same overpowering musty smell, the same stained and dirty linens, and even a broken mirror that had been held together with sticky tape—a serious safety hazard!

I contacted Agoda, who thankfully refunded three of my four nights, but I was still forced to pay for one night in this horror show and a $46 cancellation fee, which is outrageous. This hotel is a health risk, and the fact that it is still allowed to take bookings is beyond belief.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The photos online are a complete lie—this place is a filthy, unsafe, and unlivable disaster. If you value your health, avoid this place like the plague! It should be shut down immediately.

Worse budget hotel I have stayed in Thailand in over a decade.

My mistake was not reading reviews before I booked.

I have stayed in old hotels that are clean. This hotel is old and filthy from the corridor and into the room.
Room stunk of cigarette smoke.
Sheets in places were transparent.
Pillows were lumpy.
Writing bench sticky
Chair filty and had no seat support (springs broken)
Cockroach seen scurrying across the carpet at night.
Carpet dirty
Blackout curtains didn't fully cover either end of window so got full morning light
Shower hose was leaking at head so less effective shower
Shower glass clearly not cleaned
Air conditioning (AC) panel damaged so could only turn AC on and off. AC noisy.

The positives;,
the AC actually worked.
The receptionist was helpful.

I strongly recommend you find alternative accommodation.

This would have to be the most deceiving hotel i have ever booked through hotel club.
It was dirty,mouldy and the towels and linen were throw away at best, There was no spoons for coffee or anything and the overall condition was terrible....Breakfast wasn't too bad ..Your window to see out was filthy and about 450mm wide by 1m high ....should send prisoners here when the jails are full

Great location but property really needs proper cleaning, stains all over beds and floors, cockroaches everywhere, one night stay is fine but would not recommend for anyone into cleanliness.

I am presuming certain floors are in better condition than others. The pictures provided did not reflect what I saw for my room or floor. I am presuming they are still in the process of renovating. My hallway on the 6th floor was dark and needed color. Some lights were not working and the ceiling looks like it suffered from water damage. The main floor and floor 4 looked bright and clean from what I seen. New sheets and linens would be appreciated. The bathroom also needs some work.

This property is located at Nana, popular sex tousism destination in Bangkok. This a run down hotel, an old property, located in a location crowded with prostitute and other sex workers. That's why environment is unsafe, uncomfortable and lousy.
The hotel has no room service or other services. They only do the housekeeping limitedly.
Rooms are old, dirty, bathrooms are very moldy and stinky.
You will have a comfortable feeling while in the property. Rooms have very limited amenities.
I don't recommend it. If you are a sex tourist it may be worthy for you.

I just say: stay away from this hotel. there was old blood from a fight on the carpet in the hallway. There is mold everywhere in the shower and otherwise the cleanliness was very poor, it was not properly cleaned when we got to the room and the breakfast was absolutely miserable. there were eggs there was ham there was cheese and some vegetables and that was it.
Electric cables hang down in locker. So I get an electric shock when i tried to move it away. And all furnitures around in hotel had some damages…
The air-condition did not work properly. this hotel is dangerous to live in.

Really dirty rooms & bad serivce

Disgustingly dirty.
Staff were good contrary to most reviews, I guess they’ve fixed that.
But the hotels needs a lot of attention
Breakfast choice was minimal.

The worst hotel rooms I have ever seen are damp and dirty everywhere, you will understand from the pictures.There are bugs, the beds are never cleaned, you can't even breathe, it's a terrible place full of disease and germs. I've been to Thailand many times, I've stayed in many different hotels, but this is the worst experience I've ever had

Run AWAY!!!! Don’t stay this hotel is the worse hotel I ever stay !! Smell like mold and very depressed. Everything is so bad toilet so dirty and the shower water smells so bad like dead people
