La ubicación. El desayuno.

Cons:

Que no tienen servicio de traslado del aeropuerto al hotel.
Que hay mucho ruido en la noche o en la madrugada cuando uno se dispone a dormir. La gente que llega azota mucho las puertas y habla muy fuerte en los pasillos, y como es un hotel para gente que volará al siguiente día, no dejan descansar bien. Sería bueno que fuera una de las políticas del hotel., el silencio.
Y otra cosa, no colocan toallas pequeñas en el baño.

Pésimo personal!

Cons:

El trato del personal pésimo! Tratan al huesped como si nos hicieran el favor! Cuando nosotros llegamos cansados de un vuelo y llegamos a disque descansar y nos recibieron con caras! Pedimos 3 facturas porque éramos 3 cuartos y no nos quisieron hacerla por separado! Pedimos una cobija y nos dijeron que teníamos que dejar una Ine y bajar por ella! Al día siguiente nos abrieron el.cuarto apesar de que les contestamos qué estaba ocupada! No conocen la palabra gracias desde la recepción hasta las cámaristas! Lastima! De vdd
