Pros:

The staff was amazing, I had a concern about my room and she immediately moved me and my son to another room.

Horrible..found methamphetamine in the room
Pros:

My 12-year-old son went to plug in his phone at the desk and a baggie of white substance fell out so we took it to the front desk and she was completely uninterested and told her she was not refunding us or anything like that so we called the police and made a report, they tested the substance which turned out to be methamphetamine.

Cons:

The fact that methamphetamine was found in my room and the staff did not care. As described above.

Very convenient
Pros:

Only 25 minutes from the beach, so it was perfect for us to be able to come a day early and have somewhere nice to stay and be able to wake up the next day and have a full day in PCB without spending half the day driving from home.

Cons:

The entire property smelled like weed. It was very bad in the elevators and halls. But thats my only complaint!

I’ve definitely been at better.
Pros:

It was a place to sleep & shower.

Cons:

There was a roach in our room that I had to kill!
The pool was so small.
Our fridge didn’t work until I said something, then it froze a lot of our stuff.

It was close to the entertainment places in PCB.

Cons:

Staff was lazy. No new towels or rags given for our room. Checked in at 3:30PM, room was not even ready and the start of check in was at 2PM.
Shower was difficult to use. Had to walk to the front desk and aak how to turn on the shower head, and the lady said you had to pull down the ring piece on the tub faucet to turn on the shower head.
Hallway smelled like beach strongly. Saw staff sitting on the AC hallway units just talking on the phone, not helping or doing anything.
When we walked into the room, there was a dirty towel hanging behind the door.

It was ok for less that $100.00 per night.
Pros:

When we entered the looked fine but then the smell hit us! It was a non smoking room but it stunk like it was a smoking room. I used lysol everywhere but nothing worked. we were only there for 3 nights so we just stayed. There were 2 chairs of which looked like an office chair, all covered in stains!
The staff were very pleasant and it was quiet.

Cons:

The smell of the room and the fixtures need updating.
