Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Panama City

The facility was clean, the staff were pleasant, and the area was safe. The only downside was the continental breakfast-not that great. Overall, a nice stay.

The room was big floor was dirty. Their breakfast was cereal bagels and yogurt.

I would never stay here again, it’s dirty and smells strong of mold.

Upon checking in the facility looked nice.
(With the exception of the drug use in the parking lot.) Check in was easy and lobby looked good.
Second floor had a bad odor in the hall but looked clean enough. Once in our room things went bad. Room was not clean at all.
Trash and dirt on the floor. Dirty sheets with hair and dirt in the bed. Hair all over the bathroom floor. I went to the desk and asked for another room. Was told she would refund my money due to being booked up. There were no rooms anywhere at this point. I asked for clean sheets and I would clean the room. Desk receptionist said the manager would see the following day and housekeeping would be in also to deep clean. My family and I cleaned the room ourselves. Management nor housekeeping ever showed.
Loud drunk teenagers were in the next room screaming all night. Next morning the new desk person told me they were underage to be there and had problems with them all week. But never kicked them out.
The facility has a very heavy drug use in and out of the facility. Not a safe place and I don't recommend this location to anyone.

First of all, the person at the front desk wasn't friendly at all The bed covers were dirty, the desk chair had many stains, the room smelled dirty and old. I have traveled a lot and stayed in hotels and this has been one of the worst.

The Google pictures are false advertising. Disgusting. Mold. Water damage and poor cleaning. Very over priced.

Smells clean when you walk in the door. Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. Continental Breakfast was nice and the pool was small but clean.

Front desk women were not friendly at all, almost as if they hated being there. Breakfast was bagged mini waffles and yogurt. My key cards needed reactivated everyday we were there. The room had a musty smell. The people in the room next to us banged on the walls all night. You get what you pay for, and it served just that. I did feel safe and the pool was clean so that's a plus.

Beds were comfy and convenient location.

There is no knob or anything for shower. You have to take a bath. Bathroom floor feels like tiles are messed up or floor is weak. Ac works but wont stay on setting you put it on. Other than that its fine

Room was ok, shower was lacking pressure, most of the channels on the tv didn't work. The breakfast was ridiculous, should just say coffee and pastry. Check out was unfriendly but quick, no receipt offered. Overall just a place to sleep.

Love it had a lil smell but it went away after a while

Since the property was endorsed by Wyndham, I thought I'd give it a try. In addition to the rooms having a horrible musty smell, the floors were sticky. The bathroom fixtures were loose in my room and I did not have a shower curtain.
Additionally, internet access was extremely slow. I could not ever choose this hotel for a work location. Breakfast was very limited, but I kind of expected that. The staff was friendly and accommodating though. I don't think I'll ever stay in another microtel.
