This was the worst hotel I have ever stay in.
Pros:

When walking up to main entrance a man was sitting on on bench smoking weed. Lobby smelled of weed, fabulous and mold. The room smell like,cigarettes and mold. When asked to change rooms du to smell and roaches the had to call management after saying they were booked at first. The room we were moved to smelled some better and we did not see any roaches. However the bed had a wore in spot that sunk in deep when you laid down. We did not attempt the breakfast. I will not be stay here again or suggesting this hotel to others. Over all stay was nice enough. Establish was horrible.

staff doesn’t take any bull from anyone don’t come to them with problems the only answer will be to switch ur room other than that’s it’s gross everything has some sort of residue on it in the bathroom alone it’s toxic the smell through the place is also super chemical filled mess honestly avoid coming here at all costs unless ur okay with all that for 100$ a night but imo there’s hundreds of places better than this one won’t ever recommend

Don’t go here you can spend a little more money some where else my first time in Panama I’ll never go back to that hotel

The property is not like the pictures it’s roach infested, people hang outside the pool area smoking ghetto then when me and my kids was trying to go swimming they asking us questions like they stay there and didn’t even stay there our first time in Panama and we paid so much money for one night here which was 172$ I could have went some where else the room was nasty bathroom as well they gave us no towels the breakfast was sorry it was mid and the first desk lady name nada was so rude she works morning at the desk a African lady she tried to charge me twice for my room then when I told her I paid for the room already she looked at me huffed and puffed and then had the nerve to tell me she didn’t have no rooms available when we available three mins later she say she had a room but we can take that room until she gets one available she will move us room and hallway and carpet in the hallway is filthyyyyyyyyyyy this is a honest review go at your own risk it’s ghettoooooo oh and the ice machines don’t work it only works on the third floor !!!!
