Pros:

Service was good and staff friendly. However my friend was coerced to provide good rating during check out.
The cleanliness needs to greatly improve. I suffered bed bug bites on my arm.

AC in my room did not work, Internet is extremely spotty, black mold in the bathroom. Staff is pleasant and seemed to be very embarrassed about the issues. It seems that the management of the hotels is very poor. Not worth the money they charge. It's particularly problematic if you travel for business.

Pros:

The hotel is so old and not very clean. Besides, the hotel is not accessible environment. The accessible entrance is blocked. I am so shocked how come a 5 star hotel will be like this. All rooms should be non-smoking but smoking smell is very strong in the corridor. I will not go to this hotel anymore.

Considering that it is a 5-star rated hotel grade, the facilities and guest room interiors were overall very old, and even the strong smell of cigarette smoke when I first entered my high-class room (22nd Fl.) made my first impression very unpleasant.

The tooth getting long and shows
Pros:

Loses lighting system . Never know when a where switch should be engage . The switches labeling really show the age of the building .
Breakfast food was exceptionally substandard . Fortunately the staffs in general was great and helpful Food was always lukewarm though one saw the food was just cooked and displayed for customers. Perhaps more heating light on the counter might help .

Pros:

Don’t think I will stay here again. Hotel is old and run down. I was told there will be construction a day after I checked in. The construction was right on top of my room and started 7AM and last throughout the day, including weekend. There were no offer to switch me to a different room when the hotel was clearly not busy with much vacancy. Also, the AC was not working. No matter what you set it to, it stays at 25C. So annoying.

Pros:

Hotel is centrally located and convenient for dining and shopping. It’s a non smoking room, but it smells of smoke and mildew. Had a headache staying in the room with the smell, being a non smoker myself.

Pros:

I like everything overall. Only issue is Air conditioner is too warm for me which it only limited low to 23 degree. I was standard expecting its low to 15 degree. Also, I came for conference workshops and the banquet room is really hot which I was sweat during presentation.

On Sunday 28th Jan there were some events at the hotel in the evening. As guests of the hotel, we struggled to use the lifts as there was large crowd streaming through the lobby and heading to the events. Some sort crowd control should be in place. This is probably the only unpleasant experience I have encountered at the hotel but a significantly unpleasant one.

It’s a Sheraton.
Pros:

Great location next to public transport and in heart of business district. Comfortable hotel, although AC didn’t go below 20c and housekeeping inconsistent. Breakfast was good if you went early.
