Чудовий номер, шикарна СПА-зона та басейн

Cons:

не як претензія, а можливо неувага прибиральниці, яка забрала бокал та склянки з номеру після прибирання. Це дрібниці, які не змінили настрій:)

The stay at the Hyatt with my fiancé & our daughter was really lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, room was lovely, if I can just say one thing though, I just think for the price there should be at least a breakfast or something included in the price, but otherwise the Hyatt Kyiv, was a lovely stay & would recommend to anyone.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was impeccable. They treated us so nicely and provided us with everything we needed. The room service and customer service was outstanding. They made our nights and our wedding unforgettable and would definitely return. Thank you Hyatt team.
