Très bon endroit.
Pros:

Proximité de la gare centrale. Peu éloigné du centre. Agréable accueil. Personnel disponible. Propreté.

Cons:

Pour trouver une raison: un tout petit accroc danC un drap de bain c’est pour plaisanter!!!!

Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz war kaum zu erreichen, da die Zufahrt über eine hohe Bordsteinkante führt bei der die Bordsteinrampe defekt war. Dieses Problem wurde zumindest nach einer Beschwerde gelöst und die Rampe erneuert. Es gab 2 Aufzüge welche während unserem Aufenthalt zeitweise beide gleichzeitig nicht funktionierten was sehr ärgerlich ist wenn das Zimmer im 5. Stock ist. Der Vorhang im Zimmer war zum Teil abgerissen. Es gab Schimmel im Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage tropfte ins Zimmer. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

Empfehlenswert, wenn man die Mängel hinnehmen kann.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt auch.

Cons:

Die Umgebung war z.T. heruntergekommen. Gehwege kaputt, Schmutz. Parkplatz ohne Reservierung, Schutz oder Bewachung. Die Zimmer waren klein, der Fahrstuhl eng.

Hotel je relativno nov, sobe su ciste, krevet udoban, sve je nekako lepo upakovano u mali prostor. Lokacija povoljna za pesacku posetu centru. Parking pokriven kamerom ali uz upozorenje da se ne garantuje za štetu i bezbednost kola. Nazalost desila se neobjasnjiva neprijatnost, neko je usao u sobu dok smo bili u njoj i brzo se udaljio kada nas je video. Na recepciji su rekli da je to nemoguce? Budite oprezni.

Locatie niet helemaal geweldig. Omgeving kantoren en metrostation. Je bent wel binnen 4 haltes in t centrum. Een prima hotel voor 1 overnachting. Maar wil je langer blijven is dit iets minder geschikt.

Pros:

Personal un poco serio, pero muy amable, servicial y profesional. Habitación confortable con vistas. Limpia y moderna. Cama muy cómoda con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

No conseguí aclararme con el dispensador de jabón, aunque si hubiese tenido tiempo de preguntar, estoy segura que me hubieran ayudado.

Ordentliches Hotel, ideal um bei Bahn- und Busreisen eine Zwischenübernachtung einzulegen.
Pros:

Wir haben im Hotel eine Zwischenübernachtung auf unserer Reise von Griechenland zurück nach Deutschland eingelegt. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Sofia, diesen erreicht man in weniger als 10 Minuten Fußweg. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da wir schon vor 7:00 Uhr das Hotel wieder verlassen mussten, erhielten wir statt des Frühstücks ein Lunchpaket mit allem möglichen Speisen.

Colazione buona, personalmente apprezzo le torte artigianali, il personale di sala era gentilissimo e molto collaborativo.

Pros:

Good location for the metro to the main sights and the airport. Nice buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff on reception. Only stayed for one night, would definitely stay again if in Sofia.
