Ci sono stati due ragazzi giovani in reception molto gentili, la ragazza Denitsa e il ragazzo che gli dava il cambio per il turno di notte, alto e biondo, anche lui giovane, sono stati super gentili, carini e accoglienti. Sono riusciti a soddisfarci nelle richieste per il nostro bimbo di 9 mesi.

Non mi è piaciuto invece come ci hanno trattato due ragazze, sempre della reception, sono stato molto sgarbate quando ho richiesto se fosse possibile cuocere della pasta (ovviamente data da noi) per il nostro bimbo di 9 mesi, e ci hanno detto che non sanno farla e futilità di questo genere, e in più ogni volta che ci vedevano ci facevano sorrisini molto dispregiativi e stuzzicanti.
Davvero un comportamento da bambini di 1 anno.
