Pros:

Location is well connected to bus/tram/train
Average breakfast & good coffee.
Spacious rooms compared to hotels across European capitals.

Cons:

My room's heating wasn't working, I informed front desk so they told me someone will come check it right away.
30 mins later, the reception called and told me they'll be 10 mins late.
Another 30 mins goes by and then I called the reception, they sent the receptionist herself to check, so finally after spending 60 mins in freezing cold room, they exchanged it with another one.
The new room had the safety deposit box malfunctioning.
Really disappointing experience!
