We loved everything about the property, its location is ideal, it has a homey charm with beautiful finishes, and thought was put into every detail. The staff are lovely, the service delivery was excellent, and we loved our room. We left wanting to come back, and we will be back soon!

Rooms require maintenance, small annoying items that didn’t work, like bathroom door, extraction not working.
It was a very nice resort, it was clean, staff was nice and friendly, food was good, and the location was great too
Stayed with a group of friends in the Cottage and enjoyed it immensely - the perfect mix of our own space with hotel facilities. We gathered around the open fire playing board games with wine and chocolate then retired to our very comfortable bedrooms. The onsite Italian restaurant is lovely and serves various local and other wines. Breakfast is included and was delicious and varied. Easy to take a stroll along a quiet dirt road and admire the mountain view, and well located for whatever you have planned.

We paid for a deluxe king room and were only given a standard king room. I advised a staff member at reception but she offered no solution or compensation for paying extra as I’d booked through booking.com
Basically suggested I should have booked direct.
The main restaurant/reception area was cosy and beautifully decorated. The open fire places created a relaxing ambience. The breakfast was delicious. The bedding and mattress both really nice quality
The size of the room was on the small size but it was beautifully decorated and the view was lovely but the size of the bathroom was frustratingly small. You could hardly move in there. Small shower and the bathroom amenities had to be put into a cupboard in the bedroom area because there was no room in the bathroom. No bath and a tiny shower left the bathroom feeling less than luxurious.
