Cons:

The property is very old and tired, with cracks on all the walls. The air conditioning made a strange noise. Cleaning was very minimal: the bathroom was full of dust, even on the toilet paper! There were lots of spiders and cobwebs in the room, and so many mosquitoes that we're both completely covered in bites.

They wouldn’t let us in early to get dressed for a wedding so we had to check in at 10pm via lock box - turned out ok.

The view from our room was lovely - wide open space of vineyard to the hills beyond

Cons:

I booked the OliveGrove Queen room but was disappointed on arrival to be assigned a basic double room. No staff as it was a public holiday. Didn't bother to ask for the room to be changed as apparently they were fully booked.

Overall we had a great time, but I think you really need to look at the Wifi situation
Pros:

The staff in reception and also up at the cafe and bar were very friendly and great service and we enjoyed going up in the afternoon for pizza and some drinks in happy hour.

Cons:

The Wifi was very poor, there was only the 5 basic channels on the TV, and Channel 9 you could not even watch as the reception wasn't very good. So we thought we would chromecast so we could watch Netflix but was unable to connect to the wifi. In this era something as simple as good wifi is expected, especially paying nearly $500 per night.
The outside areas were very unkept, the photos showed a lush green outdoor area and when we got there it was so dry, but all the outdoor furniture was dirty and dusty so unusable and the patio outside was full of weeds.
