Really good for the price.
Room was clean and in good shape AC worked well. The only problem was that the keycards lost the program twice and it wouldn't open the door. It was very aggravating having to walk to the front office to have them re-programmed, the temperature outside was 106F and being on the third floor and no elevator.
Quality Inn in Piedras Negras was the best stay the Roos and the breakfast area was renewed and really clean very pretty. Staff were very friendly!!!
It was a short visit , I enjoyed the food at the restaurant, I could rest in a cosy place.

AC no trabajaba apropiadamente, actitud del supervisor de mantenimiento no fue la mejor, el ama de llaves fue a la haitacion y se dirigio a mi con mala actitud, alegándo que el AC funcionaba a la perfección.
Mantenimiento fueron limpiaron el AC y llenaron la cama de polvo.
Despues de esto decidieron cambiarme de habitación, en la que el agua del grifo de pronto salia amarilla.
Very nice hotel, staff was amazing
Everything was nice, except there was no minibar n the room, even thou here on the app it says the room does, when I asked in the lobby they said I had to upgrade to a different room but it was extra and that will have a minibar.. other than that it was great, clean, no mold, and a laundry area!!

We loved everything but, we could have used it patio table on the back side of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel! I would stay again. The beds were so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding! if I could change or recommend something it would be to possibly have an elevator as we had a senior with us climbing stairs to the 3rd floor.
it was a one night stop over on our way home. the front desk staff was not very friendly. the room was good, but the parking lot had some sketchy looking people.
