Kahden tähden hotelli meluisan linja-autoaseman kupeessa
Cons:

Piti olla 4 tähden hotelli, todellisuudessa 2 tähden hotelli. Nyt vanha kulunut hotelli joka kaipaa täydellistä remonttia. Viereinen linja-autoasema piti meteliä koko yön. Ikkunoiden pimennysverhot eivät toimineet. Suihkuhuoneen siivous ei ollut onnistnut, lattia likainen ja viemäri ei vetänyt

Hotel bien, PERSONAL LAMENTABLE

El chico de recepción, de gran tamaño con gafas, hablando delante de los nuevos huéspedes muy mal de sus compañeros, en especial de Carlos y riéndose con dos señoras que recién salían de su turno

Es inadmisible que no se mantenga el respeto y la atención que se debe de mantener de cara a huéspedes que pagan y deben de ser atendidas sin más debates o malos rollos entre trabajadores.
