Las habitaciones me parecieron agradables, especialmente porque cuentan con cocina, y para quienes viajan en familia, tener dos cuartos es una gran ventaja. Sin embargo, el desayuno me pareció muy básico, y quienes son alérgicos al huevo prácticamente no tienen opciones. La limpieza también podría mejorar, ya que colocan la toalla para los pies junto a las toallas del cuerpo. Además, las alfombras necesitan una limpieza más profunda y deberían aspirarse a diario.

HOTEL CITY EXPRESS SUITES NO RESPETO LA RESERVA

Cuando ya habia reservado el Hotel City Suites de Toluca, me llamaron del telefono del Hotel +52 722 235 8500, la señorita Carolina Hernandez a comunicarme que el hotel realmente no tenia habitaciones disponibles ya que habia una convención de maestros en la ciudd y su hotel y otros hoteles de la ciudad iban a estar muy llenos. Asi que no fue posible ni siquiera llegar al Hotel, por lo que necesito el rembolso de mi pago. Después tuve que biscar otro hotel y ya cuando tenia la habitación en otro hotel (de forma directa sin usar Hoteles.com) me llamaron nuevamente Carolina Hernandez a ofrecerme en vez de 2 habitaciones una sola habitación. Ya le dije que habia encontrado otro hotel y a pesar de eso, me llamo nuevamente una supervisora y me ofreció que podia alojarme en el Hotel hermano City Express, entonces le reiteré que ya tenía otra reserva en otro lugar. Jamas en la vida me hospedare en Hoteles City Express en ninguna de sus variantes. Les pido amablemente a Hoteles.com que me regresen mi dinero que me cobraron por la reserva que el Hotel City Express Suites no me respetó.
