Ya no es la mejor opción precio calidad

No hay check in anticipado, ni con costo extra, era a las 3 y a las 4 me dieron la habitación.

Cons:

El recepcionista fue dando las habitaciones a como le daba la gana, llegué desde las 8AM, solicité la habitación, me mencionaron que hasta las 3, a las 3 volví a solicitar habitación y no estaban disponibles, mucha gente esperando y no entendí el orden en el que las entregaron pero fui de los últimos, no sé por qué

Pésimos servicio en recepción y limpieza en baños

La recepcionista de las 9 de la noche habiendo una fila demas de 7 personas en el lobby no quiso atendernos y apoyar a su compañero prefirió recoger sus cosas ver como batallaba su compañero que atender a los clientes

El cuarto el baño muy sucio lleno con pelos tengo fotos e imágenes de estos

La televisión de muy mala calidad los canales de la tele se ven horrible 3 años sigo yendo y no cambia nada no se si ustedes o yo estoy mal por seguir hospedandome en su hotel.

Personal poco amable, la habitación olía mucho a humedad, la alberca sucia, incluso en el desayuno hay una persona que solo pasa por las mesas y esta observando que estás consumiendo
