El personal fue muy amable, nos daban alternativas a los problemas que presentamos
Había muy poco espacio para desayunar, teníamos que esperar turnos para comer ya que había mucha gente, en un momento el personal nos recomendó llevar la comida a otro salón del hotel para comer.

El sistema de cable es muy antiguo, en la habitación 718, no si quiera está bien la conexión, el teléfono en la habitacion 711 el teléfono estaba desconectado, en la 718, no si quiera había y al llegar había un olor a drenaje pésimo, tuvieron que ir a vaciar algún químico para que esté se fuera pero tarde al rededor de 40 minutos a una hora para poder instalarme

que el desayuno empieza muy temprano y se termina muy rapido.

El Hotel City Express bien Marriot tiene muy buena ubicación en la avenida principal de la Ciudad Puerto de Tampico, tiene muy buenas instalaciones, habitaciones limpias, desayunador, alberca,maquina de hielos y con personal muy amable ybprofesional ... el Hotel está en la Plaza Comercial La Herradura la cual diferentes tipos de comercios y restaurantes.
