La recepcionista de las 9 de la noche habiendo una fila demas de 7 personas en el lobby no quiso atendernos y apoyar a su compañero prefirió recoger sus cosas ver como batallaba su compañero que atender a los clientes

El cuarto el baño muy sucio lleno con pelos tengo fotos e imágenes de estos

La televisión de muy mala calidad los canales de la tele se ven horrible 3 años sigo yendo y no cambia nada no se si ustedes o yo estoy mal por seguir hospedandome en su hotel.

We really like the location of City Express Tampico
Pros:

We really like the location of this hotel — it’s one of the main reasons we keep coming back, and we’ve stayed here several times before. It’s very convenient and close to everything we need.

Cons:

The only downside during this stay was parking. At night, it was difficult to find an available spot in the plaza where the hotel is located, which was a bit inconvenient.

Numca mas regresare a ese hotel

No me gusto nada del hotel , ni el servicio , ni las instalaciones , pase muy mala noche, los colchones de las camas estan muy duros , has de cuenta que estas acostado en el piso

Por error reserve una habitacion de cama individula y yo queria cama doble, en la plataforma de bookin busque la opcion de cama doble y no la vi, asi que reserve como cama individual y puse en comentarios que queria una cama doble, al llegar al hotel le dije a la recepcionista que habia solicitado cama doble , pero me dijo que la reservacion era como cama individual, le pedi que me cambiara a cama doble y me dijo que si pero que me tenia que cobrar con tarifa de hotel y no me respeto la tarifa de mi reservacion termine pagando 791.11 de mas lo cual no e gusto nada y no por el dinero sino por que creo no fue correcto que me cobraran eso de mas siendo que no afectaba en nada, en fin la verdad es que nunca mas regresare a ese hotel
