Pros:

El jacuzzi es muy cómodo al estar completamente cerrado, se encierra el vapor a queda súper calientito. Estuve escuchando música con mi pareja y, al parecer, la música también se quedó encerrada.

Todo el personal fue atento, amigable y cortés en todo momento, desde la recepción hasta los camareros.

Cons:

Sólo hubo unos detallitos qué no me encantaron; uno de los muros necesitaba un pequeño retoque contra la humedad, el aire acondicionado nunca calentó la habitación y la iluminación, me hubiera gustado mucho dejar sólo la lámpara con luz cálida encendida y no me fue posible. ¡Quizá no supe cómo!

Pros:

What a disappointment! Many stays and then it went from 5 stars to one because they essentially over charged me. Mistakes happen and the person at the counter may not be able to handle anomalies, but 3 messages to management that went unanswered shows complete disdain for the customer. Sad, because I liked the hotel, but won't return because overcharging a repeat customer and then wasting my time by ignoring my messages to remedy what happened is just too much to add to my repeats.

La recepción muere de hambre.. denles un pan

Reservé una habitación doble.. llegué con mi familia.. me preguntan.. "viene solo?".. les digo que no.. "ah.. pues son em.. 750.. por las personas extras" sin saber cuántas ni registrarlas ni nada.. es más.. ni las vieron.. pasaron de liso por el elevador cuando bajé por mi equipaje al sótano donde dejé el coche.. totalmente arbitrario si cobro.. ojalá le aproveche a la señorita que me robó.. de verdad.. páguenle bien a su gente.. porque parece que no ganan suficiente.. todo lo demás excelente.. muy agradable la estancia y los alimentos.. muchas gracias.
