Fun time with family, but could be more...
Pros:

This marks our second visit with our family, and we enjoyed a three-night stay. The room, pool, and restaurant services consistently maintained their excellent standards. The pool area is particularly impressive, featuring a dedicated section for children ranging from two years old to young adults.

Cons:

Now, about the restaurants. The first one, "Lada Resto," is, for us, the best for dining out of the three. Let me tell you why. "Basilico," their so-called Italian restaurant, isn't quite authentic Italian. But what we really can't figure out is that they have the same menu with the same misspelled words in the dish names – not all of them, but quite a few. Last is "Tirta Resto and Pool Bar." This one's good enough for a quick bite, some light snacks, drinks, and cocktails.

So, last but not least, when I was checking out, I had to go get my car from the parking lot and bring it to the front of the lobby. I opened my trunk, the concierge put my mom and auntie's luggage in, and then I had to wait 10 minutes for my wife and daughter's luggage, which was just one medium-sized bag. Meanwhile, there were like, 3 or 4 other cars behind me trying to drop off or pick up guests. One car started honking. Suddenly, the security guard asked in a firm voice, "Are you going to be taking a long time?" At that point, I got mad and said, "I don't know, ask your concierge! I already finished my check-out with the reception!" Afterward, when everyone and everything was in my car, I left super angry, honking for like, 5 or 6 seconds.

My main criticism for the management is that they're lacking in every specific area, like with the restaurant and lobby staff who actually understand and can supervise things.

Our first room the shower water didn’t drain and overflowed towards the toilet vanity area made it slippery and the bed a bit hard mentioned to reception and they upgraded to slightly larger room all conditions excellent
