Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kortom In een woord uitstekend.
Pros:

Het grote zwembad was gesloten ivm een groot onderhoud, maar wij hebben het kleine zwembad en het strand was praktisch achter het hotel, het ontbijt was vrij divers en night market Sindhu daar kun je lekker eten met de lokaal last but not least het Ikon Bali (Sanur) was op loop afstand van het Prama Hotel.

Great location and facilities - great for families with young children.
Pros:

Fabulous location and great child/family friendly resort

Cons:

Some rooms could use a little freshen up! But for bali - they are spacious and align with the Balinese style. The kids pool and slides could do with an update. Some features weren’t working.

Verdouderd maar superplek en goede prijs.
Pros:

Prama is in verhouding veel goedkoper dan de naaste hotels omdat het verouderd is. Lekkee goedkoop.

Niets, je weet dat t wat ouder is, maar locatie, ontbijt, strand en personeel is top

Beautiful staff and such a lovely atmosphere and ambience. Will return.
Pros:

The friendliest staff, everyone very helpful and always greeting with a smile and hello. Amazing breakfast buffet. The kids pool area is a bit dated but is so perfect for kids. After a day you forget about it

Cons:

Everything is really great and value for money. Wish there were more interconnecting rooms for families

Pros:

The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
The location was great. Easy access to everything and straight onto the beach.
Beach Bar, music, scheduled events, full breakfasts, on-site Cafe, spa. Taxis readily available too.

Cons:

Sadly the new pool was being renovated during out stay. Reopened the day we left. It looks amazing...

Pros:

The grounds are more extensive than you think, some nice quiet places away from everyone to sit and read, think etc. The grounds are kept very nice. Front of house staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. Beach is quiet, just far enough out of town to be reassuringly luxurious, close enough to stroll to The Icon centre for example and realise what a gem the location is. Liked the live beach entertainment. Breakfast buffet is more than adequate.

Cons:

People putting towels on chairs on the beach at 06.30 then not returning until the afternoon. When eating at the bar, we witnessed the staff accidently drop a pizza off a plate and onto the bar area worksurface, they giggled, re-plated the dish and served it to the customer.
