Genieten bij het zwembad
Pros:

Zwembaden waren top! Onze kinderen van 6 en 8 hebben zich goed vermaakt met uren zwemplezier met als bonus de glijbanen. Ook leuk dat er bijna elke avond live muziek of entertainment was op het strand ervoor. Ontbijt en eten bij lunch of avondeten was goed. Hotelkamers zijn prima. Sanur is iets minder druk dan aan de zuidwestkust en heeft een kalme zee.

Er was geen kinderanimatie, alleen voor hele jonge kinderen

Pros:

The location and being able to hire a bike at the premises for 75,000 Idr and being able to park it up and pick it up again all day long from the bike staff.

Cons:

It advertised yoga but when I asked the staff about it they said it's not really yoga and it's Tuesday and Thursday for 15 mins. Luckily I found yoga on the beach for free each day at 7.30am heading towards Icon direction. I hired a bike daily to get there

Overall great value for money
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and it had all you need including nice pool, different restaurants and nightly entertainment. Also on the beach and short walk to other restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely return.

Cons:

First room we booked was deluxe garden room which was in need of updating. Smelly air conditioner and only one power point in whole room. We upgraded to Club room which was much nicer and better facilities.
Also people leaving towels on pool lounges all day when they're not there to hold the lounges.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The facility and breckfast

Cons:

I had booked the acclimation 5 months ago for 4 of us two couples . Asked specifically to have pool or ocean view . I even called them from Australia before we left to double check everything and check the rooms and location as our guests had never been to Bali before and it was a special birthday for one of them . Checking in and given our rooms . It was two rooms overlooking the car park😩it was very disappointing . The bed was not comfortable at all . Won’t be going back there

Pros:

It is directly on the water which was a major attraction

Great hotel for a relaxing stay in Sanur
Pros:

The staff are fabulous. The hotel is well located on the beach in Sanur and there are some great restaurants to dine out located nearby. The pool is amazing. Breakfast has many choices. The rooms are a bit dated but clean & comfortable.

Cons:

There are limited pool beds around the pools. The coffee at breakfast not great.

Overall a great stay, staff, location, great big pool, relaxing beach front and The Bamboo Bar!
Pros:

I like the service always friendly smiling staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is great!
Location and the beach area, especially the beach chairs beneath the trees, so peaceful.
The pool is large and the swim up bar is a cool feature.
Prama is value for money and has the traditional Bali feel which I love. We always come back here.

Cons:

The only criticism I have is the small amount of litter on the beach.
I feel the staff could be more vigilant about cleaning the beach area and the bits of floating debri in the sea.

Another satisfiying stay at Prama
Pros:

I cant count how many times i stay in Prama, but this time we got free upgrade (i forgot the upgraded room type) for free
And nice welcome drinks
Quick response on staff ❤️

Cons:

The room is not ready when we arrived however the staf quick response even give me another room to stay but i choose the initial room and waiting for the staff to clean up
I think because it was full in the hotel so it might be delayed a bit.

Pros:

It was close to restaurants and easy walking along the sidewalks, and Restaurants.

Cons:

Room cleaning staff i had to ask for a face towels 4 days in a row.
Ended up speaking to the guest manager who sent up face towels.
Some towels were white and fluffy and some were mostly grey and worn.
They looked, old and dirty
Only because they have been old and well used.
It has put me off coming back to the hotel not as nice as before.
