Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war eine Zumutung.
Das Zimmer ist im EG gegenüber ist die Eingangstür, links ist Aufzug, rechts ist Feuerschutztür die permanent beim Schließen zuschlägt. Die Geräuschkulisse ist unerträglich.
Das Zimmer laut Inserat 18. qm., aber es war eindeutig kleiner.

Strong humidity smell, poor maintenance, and no real solution

The location was convenient.

Cons:

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. The apartment had a strong damp/mold smell from the beginning, visible humidity damage on the ceiling, and no windows in the room, so there was no proper ventilation. Breathing the air in the room was genuinely uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the washing machine contained stagnant foul-smelling water, which spilled onto the bathroom floor when opened. This showed another serious hygiene and maintenance problem.

I reported everything with photos, but the property did not provide a real solution. The overall condition of the apartment was clearly below acceptable standards.

Türen waren irgendwie zu lault diesemal wenn Hotelgast rein oder raus gegangen ist hat sich meine Tür bewegt das hat echt gestört ...dachte jedesmal einer kommt einer kommt rein ...und schlafen ging auch nicht dann wirklich

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location, having access to the trains, bakeries, bike stations, and other important facilities. Our room was clean and the check-in process was smooth. The staff was very responsive in pre-stay communication. Overall, a very good value for its price.

Cons:

Nothing important. Just a kettle in the room or somewhere accessible inside the hotel would be great.

Raum höhe sehr klein, man kann die Nachbarn hören als ob sie bei mir im zimmer sind, das parkhaus is sehr sehr schlecht hab ein 3er bmw bin sehr schlecht rein gekommen war sehr eng hab mein Auto komplett weg geschliefen bin fast nicht raus gekommen Parkplatz, kein Resektion hab für Ein-checken halbe stunde gebraucht weil diese check-in automat gespinnt hat dann musste noch mal für auto Ein-Checken hat noch länger gedauert

Aptarnaujatis personalas buvo labai malonus, viešbučio vieta buvo labai patogi keliaujant viešuoju transportu, parduotuvės irgi visai šalia

Neveikė vonios kambario ventiliatorius, kambario grindys nebuvo švarios, po lovomis dulkių kalnai, pusryčiai kiekvieną dieną buvo tokie patys, bandelės nebuvo šviežios

Pros:

Location of the hotel is very good. Beds were comfortable and the room clean. There was a kitchen with all the utilities needed. Shower and a bath tub clean, equipped with soaps and fresh towels.

Cons:

There was nothing warm for breakfast except for coffee and boiled eggs. Nevertheless, there was a choice what to eat. The check-in might be troubling for less technical people.

het was naar genoegen voor de prijs dat ik er voor betaalde.

Het was rustig in de nacht, kamer was schoon, en werd elke dag schoongemaakt.

Cons:

k heb personeel 1x gezien, zij heeft mij gegroet. Voor de rest geen personeel gezien. De gordijnrails was stuk, dat heb ik via de email gemeld bij het hotel, ze zouden er wat aan gaan doen, maar tijdens mijn verblijf is dat niet gedaan. Overigens ik had er verder geen last van, gordijn kon nog wel gewoon dicht in de avond.

Pros:

Hotel is at a close location with S & U- bahn. Just 800m, walking to Zeil for shopping and surrounded by all kind of restaurants. It had a fair breakfast.

Cons:

It is fully automated at check-in which means that you have to be familiar using vending machines. So, check-in/out is 24hours but with no presence of hotel staff. Rooms are good but not so big for double booking.
