Pros:

I was in a family room, it was large. Plenty wall lighting. Towels. Good shower. Beds a little firm. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Cons:

If you choose a room you can cancel it is dearer.

Tiny beds that are uncomfortable. Not suitable for a married couple.
Pros:

We turned in our rental car at the airport and were able to walk to the hotel.

Cons:

travelling with my spouse and some friends that flew into the Shannon airport. We were given a room with a full size bed and a twin bed. They both were uncomfortable. I slept in better beds at a MicroTel. We asked for a King size bed. In the notes when booking through bookings.com. we had 2 nites there. My husband slept in the full bed and I slept in the twin. No complementary breakfast.

Other than not being able to eat in the restaurant, it was a pleasant enough stay before our flight.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport. Walkable!
Clean rooms.

Cons:

We were not able to get into the restaurant to eat dinner. There was a private party in one dining room and only the bar was open. There was no room for us to eat in the bar.
We had a very early flight to catch the next morning and wanted to get dinner and to bed early. That was not possible. The server told us to come back an hour or so later. He said there were no other options for eating there. Lucky we had some crackers in our bag which we ate in our room. We were hungry & disappointed.
