This was a lovely hotel. The staff was great. Breakfast had a large selection. We ate at the restaurant a couple of nights and the food there was also quite good. Parking was easy. We used this as a base to explore the area, so getting out of Galway was much easier than if we had stayed downtown. We walked to downtown several times during our stay, but usually wished for a scooter before we got all the way back.

Desk service from the ladies was faultless. Alesha very helpful.
Nice room, beds very comfortable. Good breakfast, only criticism was the hot water in jugs for tea not ideal.
Ate in the bar, very good service and very cozy.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable. We loved the fluffy pillows which was a nice change from other places we stayed through out our stay in Ireland. Being just steps away from the airport was needed and most convenient. We will stay there again when traveling to and from Shannon in the future.
