Cons:

Was told pool and hot tub was working and was heated. Got to location and the hot tub did not work nor was it clean and the pool was freezing. Breakfast literally had nothing but some dry cereal was out of milk the waffle mix was so thick it wouldn’t come out of the machine. Overall was a decent bed to sleep but won’t be staying again.

To be honest nothing

Cons:

Provided ice bucket no ice machine. Thermostat turned off often even while programmed. Not one but two cigarette burns in bedding. Upholstery on chair very stained. Carpet very stained. Mini refrigerator wasn't very cooling. Headboard showed smeared impressions of boobs and hands. Breakfast was a joke. Only hot thing was sour waffle batter. Bathroom toilet seat was stained. Tub needed to be cleaned. Who puts a coffee pot in the bathroom? Peeling damaged and dirty walls surrounding the bath tub, Appeared to be fixed but not finished.

Cons:

We were on the 4th floor and the Elevators went out. All weekend. AC seem to be out all over the hotel. Beds were not comfortable mattress pads kept moving around.
Breakfast was not great !! Out of juice and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches 🤮

I will not be back because there was no hot breakfast.
Pros:

Distance to the ballfields.

Cons:

No hot breakfast as advertised!!! A warmed-up breakfast sandwich in a microwave is not a hot breakfast!!
No extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom.
Vending/ice machines only on certain floors.
Couldn't link my two nights stay. Had to pay separately.

Terrible disrespectful staff who couldn’t be bothered to wake up to do there job.
Pros:

Bathrooms were nice

Cons:

The disrespectful overnight staff who was hateful to me because he had to buzz me in because I woke him from his nap. Had to wake him up for a new key also was hateful for waking him up for a second time was sloppy presented with a foul attitude while sleeping curled up with a heating pad and mad to have to do his job.
