Facility had its good days at some point for sure but for whatever reason it’s lacking updating and upkeeping.
The room felt dingy, greesy and dusty. Carpet could use vacuuming and the whole place from bed headboard to window sides and air vents need a good dusting/cleaning.
One could not enter through the side door because a huge pile of garbage was blocking the card reader to open the door.
The worse was the toilet seat. It so old and disgusting dirty. After bringing this issue to staff’s attention. They sent maintenance to fix it while I was not in the room. Maintenance didn’t find anything wrong with it. I returned to realize that nothing was changed so I took photos and showed front desk the issue. I wasn’t simply complaining. That was unacceptable. They finally replaced it.

Property was ok! The first room we were given smelled like cat urine but the front desk was really nice and changed our room. The next room was much better in terms of cleanliness. But the room sofa bed wasn’t really a sofa bed like the first room. But overall it was ok

Hot tub was closed with a cone around it. Room was clean. Walls pretty thin. There was a pullout couch bed, but in the room, there was only a flat sheet, blanket and 1 pillow. The front desk staff was able to only get me one more flat sheet. The biggest problem is when I checked in, the staff was checking me and was going to charge me again even though I prepaid thru expedia. He wouldn't help me get it figured out at all. I had to spend over an hour on the internet and on the phone with expedia to get it figured out.

Nice Indoor Pool, but broken hot tub.
Pros:

After bringing our luggage down 2 long hallways on the first, we discovered the kitchen floor was coverd with water and we almost fell. They immediately apologized and gave us a different room on the 2nd floor & more convenient near the elevator. The rooms were clean except the toilet had a very dark stain. Many areas of wear & tear in the room and other areas. My husband was so disappointed te hot tub was broken. But we enjoyed the nice size indoor, heated pool. Very good breakfast buffet included. Friendly & helpful staff.

Apartment style hotel
Pros:

Our room was great and had a fireplace which was much needed due to freezing weather. The overall hotel needs updating but I would stay here again. Staff was happy & friendly. the hotel is in a convenient location too.
