L’ospitalità che lascia il segno!!
Pros:

Dopo l’ottima esperienza avuta in passato, ho scelto di tornare all’Hotel Telstar e posso dire che le aspettative sono state pienamente confermate.

Non sempre è facile ritrovare la stessa qualità e attenzione durante un secondo soggiorno, ma qui ho trovato ancora una volta un ambiente accogliente, personale disponibile e una cura per gli ospiti che fa davvero la differenza. Un ringraziamento speciale a Yasmin, sempre gentile, sorridente e pronta a far sentire ogni ospite benvenuto.

La posizione resta uno dei punti di forza della struttura, così come il piacevole clima familiare che si respira fin dal primo momento. È proprio questo che mi ha convinto a tornare e che mi farà sicuramente scegliere ancora questa struttura in futuro.

Quando un hotel riesce a trasformare un ospite in un cliente che torna, significa che sta facendo le cose nel modo giusto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e a presto!

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Telstar il 7 giugno e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Fin dal mio arrivo sono stato accolto con grande cortesia e disponibilità da parte dello staff, in particolare da Yasmin, che con la sua gentilezza e professionalità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Un gesto particolarmente apprezzato è stato l’upgrade gratuito dalla camera singola a una splendida camera matrimoniale con un magnifico affaccio sul mare: svegliarsi con quella vista è stato il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata.

La posizione è eccellente, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e perfetta per godersi Rimini in totale comodità.

Ci sono strutture che offrono semplicemente un posto dove dormire e altre che riescono a farti sentire davvero ospite: l’Hotel Telstar appartiene sicuramente a questa seconda categoria. L’attenzione ai dettagli, l’accoglienza sincera e la vista sul mare hanno reso il mio soggiorno speciale. Tornerò con grande piacere e lo consiglio senza esitazioni a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza autentica e rilassante sulla Riviera Romagnola. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
