Views are amazing from our room also on the 32nd floor Vue Bar. Staff are very nice. Very walkable to the bund and sightseeing tunnel.

Decent hotel but NO WIFI!! if you try to connect it will be in Chinese and after that network will be unavailable. You can get a room with nice views but gym and pool are not really up to standards.

Very nice hotel in a great area in a great city. Amazing view from my room and especially from the 32nd floor bar.
great location and excellent view
The English level of pretty much all the staff was close to non existing (even for basic words) making this hotel less convenient for non Mandarin speaking visitors. Unfortunately, the service level was also not very quick - checking in to our two rooms took more than 15 minutes; despite what should have been a standard procedure, the staff seemed unprepared and lacking training.
Amazing place to stay for a family trip. Very nice and friendly staff. Great Pearl and river view is awesome! Also, the Vue Bar at the 32 floor is fantastic!

Beautiful, modern and spacious rooms, great location and prime accessibility to the Bund and Nanjing Road. The street outside was very clean, no street noise and very safe and secure. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant with almost panoramic views of the Bund / Shanghai City.

The hotel seems dated and not very well maintained for Hyatt standards and other hotels I stayed at in China.
Very nice and clean. The resturant is also good. I lived on the 19th floor, the bund view is really great.
