Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional and staff was pleasant.

Cons:

I booked this hotel for the swimming pool, no where was it posted on website or page that the pool was closed due to an incident that occured prior to stay. We did enjoy the stay, however we would have not booked hotel if we had known pool was closed.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great experience. Large clean room. Recently remodeled. Friendly staff. The only negative was the pillows, too small. This seems to be a trend on our 5 day cross country trip.

Pros:

The breakfast.

Cons:

Looks old and seems like you tried to renovate it but did a bad job. A lot of details were missed throughout the room. Large cockroach in the middle of the hallway in the main lobby. I have a picture of it.

Professional style good food. I just wish we could have used the pool and Jacuzzi.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuit and gravy.

Cons:

My family I want to utilize the swimming pool, but we couldn’t because it wasn’t clean. There was too many bucks floating around in the pool in the Jacuzzi wasn’t working.

I would not return I paid for the most expensive room and got the expectations of the cheapest hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The wifi did not work, there were roaches in the room, I did not get the room I booked online with a private suite until I paid 125 more dollars, the pool was not clean and was freezing cold (indoor pool) the hot tub was green and did not work. The mini fridge was nasty rusted with old food and hair inside of it our remote was chewed up by a dog and it was very dark in the room even with all lights on.

I really don’t understand why someone would advertise having pool with fresh water in it and then their Guest a dirty sw

Local to plant restaurants, and things to do

Cons:

The pool was dirty. The hot tub didn’t work and it was green. Very disgusting.

I feel like maintenance crew could use some major improvements and room quality control inspections
Pros:

Single serve milk would be more preferable, it just wasn't very inviting or friendly atmosphere, and everything seemed oddly placed for function. And I liked the high ceilings in the room and hot tub was working properly.

Cons:

A lot. From the bathroom vent not working to not having enough towels or a floor matt towel.. the counter tops were nice but there are oddly added wooded spaces that are oblivious quickly hand done by a handyman maybe . Not all of the lights worked

An Absolute 10/10 Stay – Exceptional Service and Amenities!
Pros:

Every single part of my stay deserved the highest rating. The check-in and check-out processes were fast, easy, and completely stress-free because of the amazing lady at the front desk. She set a wonderful tone for the whole visit, and her excellent customer service really stood out.The cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely immaculate, and the hotel appearance was modern, bright, and beautifully maintained. Inside the guestroom, everything was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the internet connection was lightning-fast and completely reliable.This stay offered incredible value for the money. The parking was highly convenient, safe, and easily accessible. Having a mini-mart/sundries shop right on-site was a lifesaver for quick snacks. Both the fitness center and the pool areas were pristine, modern, and excellent places to unwind. Every single amenity exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely stay here again!"
