No hicimos check in, no nos hospedamos, nos querian cobrar 1500 pesos por llevar a un perro de aistemcia de apoyo emocional, lo cual es fuera de etica, ya que un animal de apoyo es parte de una terapia, y el hotel
Tiene la politica de cobro la cual no esta especificada en lanplataforma de expedia, el costo por la asistencia animal era mas caro que la misma estancia. Cero recomendable y revisen sus politicas y tengan informacion real y no truculenta al hacer la reserva. Espero no se cobre esta reserva.

Fue una buena estancia, lo único es q no puedes bajar al aire acondicionado lo intentamos y no pudimos, las sabanas de la cama estaban ligeramente rotitas, el baño de la regadera escapa el agua hacia el pasillo.
Es un hotel algo envejecido pero muy funcional, y su mantenimiento se ve que es oportuno y continuo. Solamente recomiendo una mejor atencion a sus promociones y politicas, porque reservé por medio de la app hoteles.com y me ofrecieron por ser miembro silver vip una bebida de cortesia, misma que jamás me otorgaron en mi estancia, a pesar de que la persona de recepcion me comentó que si la tenia pero que se habia quedado sin cupones, que luego me llamaban a mi habitacion para otorgarmela, cosa que nunca pasó, y cuando sali al entregar la habitacion me dijeron que ya no sabian nada. Al final no me proporcionaron lo que me ofrecieron como miembro vip aun cuando se los recordé.
