Terrible experience. Dirty, nasty hotel. Don't stay at this hotel. You can do better sleeping in your vehicle. Urine stains on the bedding and holes in the wall.

This is the most disgusting hotel ever when we arrive trash was pound at the do ors to new something was wrong again got to the room the rooms are dirty air conditioners split in half and he tried to prop it up with a piece of wood none of the plugs work it smells like mop water out of all my years of life I never experienced such a horrible Hotel do not stay here or else he will be doing when i'm doing now wishing I would at least be to the other 600 reviews a manager is horrible they don't care the workers or smoking in a lobby when you walk and it smells like nothing but cigarettes you can literally see the clouds of smoke this is the first hotel I ever stated in my life I was so uncomfortable I at night even sleep naked at all the time feels like it wants to pay me in when you turn the handle for the shower you have to spend it around three times all the way just for it's a cut off it is so dirty and disgusting here I wouldn't dare eat the breakfast the lobby when you walk in with dingy dull and dirty this hotel is not fit for a mangy dog although I went to front desk and actually spoke with the owner he wanted to charge $35 more for another room that almost looks the same he did not try to accommodate and not apologize for the rooms being dirty and rooms are supposed to be available at 3:00 p.m. we would literally have to sit around for almost 2 hours after traveling to wait for a room I am telling you run for your life do not stay here the worst mistake I ever made and I am a type of person that is not bougie everything ain't got to be right but this is utterly ridiculous I would not let a dog off the road stay here there are huge things in the carpet now my husband and I went outside just took his fresh air because you could barely breathe in here I had a white man come up to us and said that this hotel really being some work I wouldn't dare walk around with no shoes on in here is so bad also I put this world through an act as well any third party affiliate should remove them because they are horrible and makes their company look bad no needs to be away for the city to shut them down 👎👎👎👎👎 this is a 100% no. I wish I could have gotten pictures of the front door mean when you answer they literally had to come out and push trash out of the way all the hallways are dirty and full trash the cleaners and did okay but it's not even their faults and not have the rooms clean they were using a mop so dirty that it was brown Clorox and bleach could not help it they're not waste your money here.

It was a great stay! Everything exceed our expectations! Clean rooms, well kept facility and common area. Very safe environment outside and outside

Check in was simple enough, but then any expectations I had went to hell in a hand basket. No remote to watch TV for 3+ hours. Cleanliness was not their strong suit but I will say the towels were fresh? Trash left in room that you HAD to see if you actually cleaned it from the last guest. None of the vending machines work but they advertise them. The "free" breakfast was free waffles and Activia yogurt. No butter, peanut butter, fruit, milk or even a generic brand of cereal. The lady at front desk that morning has ZERO customer service skills. Not even a Hi or a wave. Bed was comfy and water in shower was hot enough. But hey $60 it could have been worse...or could it? 🤔

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve been staying in hotels/motels for over 50 years and this was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

This place was not cleaned. It smelled like smoke. The floor had not been vacuumed. The sheets and towels were stained and had hair on them. The floor of the bathtub was black. Parts of the wall were falling apart. The AC unit did not turn on. I wanted to turn around and keep driving through the night but we stayed. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was not worth the $119 we paid (the room was cheap but it was this price with fees)

Breakfast was okay. However, the waffle make needs to be replaced. Waffles stuck each time.

No light in the elevator. Only 2 towels in the room. Broken light fixtures in the room. Beds themselves were stained.

The toilet tank cover was missing, cigarette burn stains in the bathroom sink… non smoking, so that’s a clue how old that bathroom is.
The two drawers for putting clothes in are completely out of commission and not usable.
Rug really needs to be replaced.
But it was quiet, comfortable beds and clean.
Breakfast was skimpy. Two cereal choices, no OJ, the waffle maker works, but was sour tasting. Butter pats in the fridge, hard as a rock. One choice of milk, very basic bagels.
They only advertise continental breakfast, so they meet that standard.
It’s quiet, nice beds and clean… but needs a redo really bad.

Room was disgusting. Holes in walls. Couch was stained and cigarette burns. Bed was stained. Thermostat was missing. Paint was in bad shape. Holes in doors. Blood in the carpet and elevator. Garbage in hallway. Stay away

Unclean bathroom, sheets caused me to break out and itch, no cover on remote to tv, tv not working, no hairdryer in room, water in tub was running all night cause would not turn off completely, floor felt damp and looked like it hadn't been vacumned,no phone in room so couldn't call front desk,black on toilet. Couldn't believe room looked this way when lobby looked pretty good. I do not believe I will be back. I couldn't walk downstairs due to exhaustion but have not slept much. It was just before highway 72

I didn't like it because the first hotel room #320 had some things in there that needs to be repaired so I notified the worker at the front desk and she gave me another room #222 that was better

The room was not ready in time when I got there and also was locked from the inside ! I had to wait over half hour to go to the room and when I get in there the room is just nasty with spots on the walls and ceilings! The toilet seat was old and not great appeal to look at and water was cold when started to shower!

The food for breakfast was nothing but yogurt and waffles! They had no shampoo or body wash barely any towels offered! The tv remote was missing and behind tv was grossly dusty !! The shower was also not greatly clean but manageable! Only thing that was descent was the bed! Even then they gave us two small pillows and I had to ask for more!

This is the second opportunity I have had to stay here and will do it again. The location is great, the price is very reasonable, the room is wonderful, it's quiet and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but it smelled so good and will definitely partake next time.
