Pros:

Great value for the price
The breakfast has a choice of western and Chinese food and some items rotate so that there is always something else. There is also a freshly prepared food station where the staff cooks breakfast for you (Suzhou noodles and wonton soups in our case).
The apartments are big and the curtains block the light well.

Cons:

The windows don’t block the whole sound and the sofa beds aren’t the most comfortable but doable when sleeping alone.

Great Experience
Pros:

I recently stayed here, and I have to say, these serviced apartments are fantastic. The location is perfect, situated in a new area of the city. Everything was super clean and brand new, and they had all the amenities you need inside.

It was really quiet, and the view from the window was excellent. The staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The bed was super comfortable, too. Overall, I felt like everything was top-notch - way better than anywhere else I’ve stayed. Recommend to others.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, well equipped for our long stay. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel is situated next to a beautiful park and within walking distance to the major commerical district.

good place, clean and kind hotel staff, but also bad guards at the complex entrance.
Pros:

The Location is simply great, very convenient to visit the most interesting sightsees in Suzhou city.
The hotel personal was very helpful on many occasions and supported me when I needed.
They also gave me some delicious fruits as complementary treat to comfort my staying.

Cons:

First: The access to the residential complex where the Hotel is located is completely blocked at its two entrance gates, north and south, by strict checkpoints operated by the guards. These guards, who do not speak a single word of English, refused to let me in using extremely rude, aggressive, and arrogant manner, even though I showed them my hotel access card several times. This is absolutely absurd, considering that I had already been staying at the hotel for two days. Only thanks to the kind intervention of a resident of the complex was I finally allowed to enter the hotel. An ABSURD situation.
Second: Many things are only in Chinese without any English word so take Google translate with you.
