Hotel Palazzo Stern

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Kulanz des Hauses. Ich hatte für einen Tag ein EZ gebucht und danach ein DZ. Ich wurde upgegradet in das DZ, so dass ich nicht umziehen musste, sondern von Beginn an im DZ war. Die Lage.

The hotel is ok…Our room was very small and in the first floor i didn’t like that all. you could hear the staff talking and all the people enter and exit.

This was our first stay at Palazzo Stern. Over the years we have built a strong relationship with the hotel group as a result of our many stays at Locanda Vivaldi. As fate would have it, Locanda Vivaldi was in the midst of construction during our annual scheduled visit. We learned of this when someone in the management group contacted us and informed us that we had been rebooked at Palazzo Stern and that the room and accommodations would be in keeping with what we have come to expect at Locanda Vivaldi. We were not disappointed. Palazzo Stern is a fantastic property. It is stunningly beautiful in structural detail but the staff there was the true heart of our experience. The staff far exceeded our expectations. Thanks to te front desk team and bellman who welcomed us on the steps when our water taxi arrived; that arrival can sometimes be stressful. Jonah (Jonathan) welcomed us upon our arrival and made sure that we had all of our initial questions answered. JORDAN happened to be the person with whom we had the most engagement. If we had an inquiry, he had the answer, or, the very next time we came in or out, he had all of the specifics whether or not we decided to follow through. His knowledge, attention to detail and his genuine interest in our experience was remarkable. Sabina referred us to a restaurant that is now on our Italian top 10 places to eat; we went there twice. The dining room staff, evening and breakfast were wonderful. Weather conditions were very rainy during our stay and we appreciated the accommodations for dining in our room and, in the hotel. Our little dog Salvatore fell in love with the staff. Thank you for allowing him to stay at your property. During our stay I did ask to speak with a manager and was told that there was not one available at Palazzo Stern or elsewhere. That was concerning; however, we will reach out using the contact information that we have.
Our genuine thanks goes every member of the staff that made our visit so very memorable. Our gratitude goes to manager Roberto Dazzo for caring about our relationship and proactively taking the steps he did to rebook us at Palazzo Stern.

L'emplacement et le confort

Outstanding, elegant, warm, friendly hotel. Off the main busy touristed areas, but central and convienient walking distnace or water taxi access to everything. Very helpul staff. Will book again.

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel. Es un palacio precioso en el Gran Canal de Venecia. Además tiene la ventaja de que esta en la parada de Ca'Rezzonico que te permite llevar directamente desde el aeropuerto en Alilaguna,

Posizione top, struttura storica e molto bella

The location was centrally located and walkable to everything! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite overlooking the Grand Canal. Don't be afraid to go in January, the weather was not an issue and there were not lines or crowds anywhere!!
