Great view, great food, great staff, beautiful hotel and location.
We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo Stern. The hotel is beautiful, full of Venetian character, and exceptionally clean, but what really stood out was the service. From the moment our boat arrived at the private dock, the staff took care of everything. They were incredibly helpful with transportation, restaurant recommendations, and anything else we needed. The complimentary boat ride to Murano was also a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel, fantastic location, and truly exceptional service. Absolutely worth it and an easy five stars.

PERFECT location just off the water taxi stop for easy transfer everywhere through Venice and to and from the airport. Very convenient location. Very happy with my stay.
From the staff welcome and care to the aesthetics of breakfast on the terrace to the common areas outside the rooms to the comfort of the rooms … the Stern brought us into Venice before we set foot outside.
Great hotel and beautiful room with view of canal
Tv didn’t work for 3 days.
This stay was part of a 2 week visit to Italy. My husband, myself, and our 13 year old granddaughter. The travel was all booked by our travel agent through our high end business credit card. In each of the 4 cities, she gave us 3 choices based on our preferences. For some.reason the 3 in Venice weren't quite "right" so I researched on my own. I'm so glad I did. The Hotel Palazzo Stern was our favorite hotel of the entire trip! The beauty, the location, and the staff were remarkable. It was one of the highlights of an amazing trip. Highly recommend!
We found the hotel in a good location with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
