We had a fantastic 3 day jet2 city break in Venice. Its location was perfect right on the Grand Canal. Our shared water taxi from the airport dropped us at the hotels private jetty and the bell hop was on hand to sort out our luggage so neither us or the luggage got wet! The room oozed characters and the staff were amazing! Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Academia bridge was magical. Two minutes walk from Campo San Barbara and two more from Campo Santa Margherita where there were reasonably priced restaurants as near to student quarter. I can’t think of any negatives!

El hotel es un Palazzo muy bello en su decoración, el sitio cerca de la estación del transporte público por agua facilita el desplazamiento. El personal es muy amable y la habitación muy cómoda. Se puede acceder caminando a todos los sitios turísticos de la ciudad, esta al lado de un bello museo.

Le bâtiment en lui même est magnifique et idéalement positionné. Sa terrasse où nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner, au soleil est magique.

Struttara meravigliosa accogliente.
Ottima colazione espressa. Ottimo ristorante.
Le camere sono stupende accoglienti e pulitissime.

Elegant and well appointed hotel and spacious room on two levels with comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Bar prices not unexpectedly expensive. Excellent location. Would happily go there again.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Kulanz des Hauses. Ich hatte für einen Tag ein EZ gebucht und danach ein DZ. Ich wurde upgegradet in das DZ, so dass ich nicht umziehen musste, sondern von Beginn an im DZ war. Die Lage.

This was our third year staying at this truly amazing hotel and it consistently provides everything you could possibly look for while staying on the Grand Canal. Located perfectly between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco the Palazzo Stern offers the ideal balance of being close to the main attractions without being trapped in the middle of the frantic tourist action. This year we moved to room 201 which was absolutely perfect for our small family of three as it felt like our own private little suite tucked away for quiet but still close enough to the main hub of the hotel. The front desk team is incredibly knowledgeable approachable and accommodating and they truly go out of their way to ensure every request is met with a smile. The logistics of travel are made so simple here with various options for airport transfers and the convenience of having a Vaporetto dock practically at your doorstep for easy access to the train station or other Grand Canal destinations. A tremendous highlight of this location is the proximity to Campo Santa Margherita where you can escape the crowds to grab a fantastic bite and enjoy the authentic local atmosphere. What truly makes this place feel like a home away from home is the wonderful staff who treat you like family including Sabina, Gabriele, and Gionata, at reception along with the exceptional service from Joel (Above and Beyond), Junior, Rani, and Muhammed at the bar and breakfast and the meticulous care of Aliona and Paola in housekeeping. We thank you all so very much for another unforgettable stay and we cannot wait to see you again next year so stay well and live adventurous :)
