Good stay
Pros:

We stayed at this property two times in July. It's in a good location, convenient to downtown Albany. Check in was very easy both times and I believe we had the same room, a 1 bedroom suite. The room was very large and nicely appointed. I did note that there was no bar soap in the bathroom, which I view as a negative as I do not use the "bottles of goo" that are mounted in the shower. The front desk staff were very helpful.

There's a small fitness center and restaurant on the ground level. I appreciated that they don't charge for parking, even though the property is in the downtown area. We had Hhonors credit, which I used one time for breakfast. The buffet was very limited, close to what's provided free at Hampton Inns and similar properties. I thought the $15 price was high. We used the rest of our credits in the snack/soda shop.

We would stay at this property again if we're in Albany.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would to back.

Cons:

I wish breakfast was included, but the food was very good. I booked a double queen room, but was upgraded to a king suite. Normally that would have been great, but my mother and I would have preferred 2 beds. They meant well.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a sports tournament that was nearby. I found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be friendly. I found it a little odd to check in on the second floor, but otherwise an enjoyable experience. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Parking was close by and there was security on site. The room was on the small side, but clean. Bathrooms were small with an odd entrance ways. But it was workable. Overall a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet wasn't so great. Not only did you have to pay extra for it. I've had better breakfast buffets with a better variety at properties where breakfast was included with my stay. For $15, it was underwhelming and disappointing. The staff was wonderful though

Good hotel & convenience
Pros:

Great location our son was having surgery at Albany Medical Center

Cons:

Did not know you have to swipe key to get the elevator working-was not told this. Thankfully a hotel employee came in and helped up

Pros:

It was beautiful, clean, friendly staff, perfect location. Recovery Room was awesome. 10 out of 10!

Cons:

I had talked to another woman who had stayed and she got her room for about $100 than I did by going straight to the Hilton website. I like going through Booking.com and I was a little bummed
