A wonderful resort experience!
Pros:

The staff was attentive and caring, and the service was excellent. The view from our room was incredible! We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean in privacy. There is also a nice fitness room. It was very convenient having breakfast and dinner there. Overall, the resort was relaxing, clean and beautiful.

Cons:

We were given a quiet room, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately there were some party lovers playing loud music in the middle of the night. But security took care of it right away, and we were grateful.

Vista spettacolare sul mare, la nostra camera fronte mare, con un costo maggiorato, è stata molto spaziosa. L'atmosfera nel resort è stata d'elite, il panorama bello da ogni angolazione.

Cons:

Il servizio non è assolutamente proporzionato al costo richiesto.
Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera da 300 € a notte, con un letto matrimoniale composto in realtà da due letti singoli uniti tra loro. Il frigobar era fornito solo di acqua e, nonostante la nostra segnalazione, non funzionava.
Il ristorante alla carta ha sicuramente una bellissima vista, ma l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. Al nostro arrivo alle 21:00, la manager/cameriera ricciolina con gli occhiali ci ha accolti con evidente fastidio, facendoci ordinare addirittura in piedi per velocizzare i tempi, perché la cucina avrebbe chiuso alle 21:30.
Le tagliatelle ai gamberi sono arrivate con una bisque piena di pezzettini dei carapaci triturati, cosa davvero inaccettabile per un piatto di questo livello. Arrivati al dolce, nonostante fossimo ancora seduti insieme ad altri quattro tavoli, la stessa manager/cameriera ha iniziato a chiudere gli ombrelloni, togliere le lampade dai tavoli, abbassare la serranda del bar e poi se n’è andata, lasciandoci concludere la cena in un ristorante ormai praticamente chiuso.
La spa è carina, ma l’accesso è a pagamento extra. Bella la vista dalla piscina, peccato però che l’acqua fosse fredda.
Nel complesso, struttura con potenziale e alcune belle vedute, ma servizio, attenzione al cliente e cura dei dettagli decisamente non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.

Die Lage ist Klasse!

Cons:

Die Verpflegung ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich! Frühstück immer gleich und einfach aufgetischt!!!!Abendessen oft kalt! Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt!!! Man wird mehrmals gefragt, ob man einen Geldbetrag hinterlegt hat, mit Kreditkarteangabe wäre vielleicht mache Frage nicht nötig!!
