La ducha se salía el agua y se puede llegar alguien a resbalar
La peor experiencia de mi vida en un hotel. Gracias a la actitud prepotente y chulesca de la recepcionista Blanca han hecho que mi estancia sea incómoda y desagradable, trata a los clientes como si fuesen trapos. Puse en conocimiento de dirección de esta situación que rápidamente se prestaron a oír mis quejas y a disculparse en nombre del hotel. Blanca pese a tener la oportunidad de hacerlo no lo hizo. Lamentable actitud y falta de profesionalidad por parte de ella ya que a quién perjudica es a su empresa y un claro ejemplo de quién ni tiene ni puede tener vocación para trabajar de cara al público.
