Disappointed. Our 4th time at this hotel we come every year and i will have to really think about booking next year due

Incorrect room given. We had to complain
Room not cleaned to a 4 star standard. Only bed and fresh towels given. Shower not cleaned, floor was not mopped once.
Pool toilets very dirty and no paper most days

Bom, mas o booking devia atualizar as informações enganosas aqui na plataforma
Pros:

Tinha ferro e tábua de engomar (não dizia na reserva, mas foi bom ter).
A simpatia do staff, nada a apontar, tive bastante dificuldade em estacionar o carro no dia da chegada (que cheguei perto das 22h) e o staff foi bastante atencioso em tentar ajudar-me a arranjar soluções.
Em especial a funcionária Yennyffer que era super simpática e atenciosa!
O restaurante The Bow onde a comida é boa e não é demasiado cara
Tem dress code nas zonas de refeições (casual ao pequeno-almoço e almoço e chic ao jantar, onde não é possível usar calções por exemplo)
O wi fi era bom e funcionava bem!
A funcionária que nos pediu para fazermos uma avaliação sobre o hotel, que perguntou se estava tudo a correr bem e assim que falámos sobre o nosso problema com as camas separadas ela prontamente nos explicou e mandou fazer as duas camas com roupa de uma grande para podermos ter mais conforto. Só temos pena de não termos falado com ela logo no início.
O pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade mas de fraca qualidade.

Em geral, o booking devia atualizar as informações enganosas que tem acerca desde hotel!

Dizia ter estendal para a roupa mas não tinha, nem tínhamos varanda. A limpeza também não é a melhor, haviam sempre cabelos espalhados pelo quarto. A limpeza da sky pool e das espreguiçadeiras no geral também não é a melhor, para um hotel de 4* esperávamos mais.
Na reserva dizia que era 1 cama de casal grande (uma única cama, isto estava explícito) mas deparámos-nos com duas camas juntas, com roupa de cama separada inclusive, e tivemos que colocar objetos nos cantos de ambas as camas porque ao mexer as camas moviam-se e abriam um buraco no meio. Expusemos a situação na receção e disseram que o hotel era mesmo assim e que não havia nada a fazer (mas havia!)
O barulho, o hotel não tem um bom isolamento, ouve-se bastante as pessoas nos corredores, a andar, a falar, os barulhos dos outros quartos.
O estacionamento, referem que é sujeito a reserva mas em momento algum referem que é muito limitado, que tem poucas vagas. Devia ter esta informação antes das reservas.
Não tinha piaçaba na casa de banho, que acho ser um utensílio básico.
Indicava que os produtos de higiene pessoal estavam incluídos mas não tínhamos pasta de dentes por exemplo, tivemos que ir ao mercado em frente comprar.
A televisão, apenas permite espelhar o ecrã para dispositivos android, o que para nós foi péssimo porque apenas tem canais em espanhol e não podemos sequer assistir netflix. Um problema que era facilmente resolvido se as televisões tivessem internet, o que já permitiria fazer partilha de ecrã da apple.

Pros:

The Hotel was beyond our expectations, the views, the rooms much more beautiful than we thought. It was our first in Mallorca and even a birthday surprise for my Mom and Fiancee. We had a wonderful time and were really and we want to come again. Thank you Elba Sunset for your great Service.
