Our introduction to Nice - maybe we should rent apartment with separate living room next time.
Pros:

The location, between station and centre ville, and the elegant building. The staff were pleasant and our room was very clean. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

The kitchenette was poorly equipped and designed . Self - catering would be better with a small oven and no dishwasher.
The pillows were not comfortable.

Hotel with the charm of a hostel.

The location.

Cons:

The interior of the hotel has had all character and charm removed from it. The kitchen is minimally equipped. Furnishings dull and cheap. Very disappointing - especially since when we booked they were using photos from when it still had charm.The breakfasts are adequate but match the decor of the basement dining room : functional and adequate.

Gros problème de communication pour plusieurs raisons

Manque de communication : comme mon arrivée était prévue après 20h00 et qu’il n’y a plus de réception, je devais recevoir un SMS avec le code de la porte et du coffre pour récupérer ma clé mais à 16h00, je n’avais rien reçu ; j’ai appelé et ils m’ont dit qu’ils me l’envoyaient.il a fallu que je rappelle car toujours au bout d’une heure.
Surprise le matin a 7h45 :la porte de la salle du petit déjeuner est fermée et au bout de qq min , quelqu’un m’annonce que ça ouvre qu’à 8h30, impossible pour moi d’attendre donc pas de petit déjeuner qui était pourtant compris dans le prix.aucune indication au moment de la réservation.
mal reçu par le réceptionniste qui n’a pas compris mon mécontentement

Très bien placé à proximité de la gare et très bon rapport qualité prix!

Cons:

Qu'il n'y est pas des sachets de thé ou de café soluble comme cela était le cas lorsque j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel lors d'un précédent déplacement!

La situación y el personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

No estaba limpio... estaba pasable. El establecimiento no tiene una cafetera limpia y adecuada. Lo solucionarían poniendo una cafetera italiana en cada apartamento. Cuando nos quisimos duchar no pudimos porqué no salía agua caliente. La grifería antigua. No sale agua a presión.
