The pool complex was fabulous and the staff member who helped get us get another Chaise-longe was very helpful, overall a fabulous stay!

Cons:

TV didn't work at first until you tapped it, a bedside light had no plug outlet to turn it on and there's no jets in the spa pool anymore but otherwise all good

Amazing location with excellent meals and a great breakfast. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Only a 5-minute drive to town, which was very convenient.

Bathroom needs to upgrade. There were no exhaust fans and heat towel rails. No shower cabins only tub not good for elder

Great location but tired rooms
Pros:

Location was great, buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing, pool was great too. The garden view rooms are a little tired and needs some extra care and cleaning (cobwebs in corners, crickets crawling around in bathroom, bottle of beers under chair outside from previous guests), perhaps a renovation but other than that I enjoyed my one night stay :)

Beautiful view but disappointed by service

Beautiful destination, view from bedroom window

Cons:

Most of our wedding guests booked at least a couple of days accommodation, once our wedding had finished we got dropped to Copthorne to check in before our guests buses arrived. Unknowingly standing in our wedding dress and suit we clearly were not carrying our wallet. we placed our card on the booking online and husbands phone was dead with Apple Pay. I asked the hotel reception if we can please get into the room and charge the phone to then come to the front to make payment which he would not let us. Nor charge the card we placed on booking.

It was very upsetting if it wasn’t for one of our wedding guest that walked through the doors and was able to pay for our accommodation or we were going to have to leave and find other options at nearly midnight. Terrible way to end such a beautiful day.
