Excellent place to stay if visiting Waitangi. Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Studio room was great and good size. Location was walking distance to Waitangi Treaty Grounds and 25 min walk to Paihia. We used the outdoor hot pools and tennis court (racquets and balls incl)

Cons:

We stayed in an Accessible Room but found when using the shower it went all over the bathroom floor and had to get extra bath mats from reception to soak up water.

Clean, modern, value

Cons:

Wifi was to weak it was unusable - just used mobile data instead. Also very disappointing that the TVs block casting.

Loved it! - despite the tiny details.
Pros:

Garden view room was comfortable, spacious. Restaurant food quality amazing. Service was wonderful. On site spa (S.O.S Spa) was phenomenal.

Cons:

I'd wished there was a bottle of water in the fridge in the room. I felt also that the door could have had a better, more robust lock, but maybe im just too paranoid/jaded. I think the spa pool needs to be resurfaced/repainted. I would have LOVED a bath robe.

Nice location, but needs some modernisation as it feels outdated.
Pros:

Location is good and close to the treaty grounds. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Accomodation is very outdated, could do with some renovations. Car parking is also limited and tight.

Minus the dinner we enjoy our stay
Pros:

We love the stay and breakfast and love the facilities mainly the pool and views , good value for money .

Cons:

Small hiccup at the buffet dinner with the flow of food mainly the meat, hopefully there is bit of movement there as for the price of buffet , there wasn’t adequate amount of meat presented to be served .
