Location, views and conservatory in the rooms. Reception staff great.
Glass on the floor of one of our rooms but staff came and vacuumed it but perhaps moving us due to having kids in that room should've been a better option.
Pool was great, location was nice, staff were very friendly.
The pool is always so much fun and the ocean views.
There were some cockles in the room when we checked in underneath the floating seat thing and they stunk so bad.
Shower could have been better
On arrival the reception we recieved from management was terrible which gave us a real bad feeling about our stay there for the night.
The evening meal was well displayed but we thought the quality and the taste of the food was very average for the price we had to pay.
I have to admit the bed we slept in was very comfortable.
Again the breakfast was well displayed but has been cooked for too long.
Overall it was a very expensive night as the quality of the reception/management we received on arrival, the quality of the food and the general decor of the hotel was very poor.
We would never return to your hotel and we would not recommend your hotel to anyone!!!!

Staff were excellent. The room we upgraded to was pleasant and mainly clean except for bugs on window sill. Dinner was excellent.
Maintenance was below average i.e. bathroom silicone and grouting, cracked cistern lid, outside door handle falling off, toilet flushing noises all night from adjacent rooms. Pillow was rock-hard.
713 was our room that we spent the night in. The view was absolutely beautiful. Over looking the pool and straight out to the beach. Loved that. The spa was lovely and the seperate area's for the young children to swim. Loved the pool area for sure. We enjoyed our walk around the surrounding area. Squeezed in a game of tennis too. Overall there was plenty to do and we were more then satisfied with our stay. Breakfast was 10/10 thank you so much. We will return!!

the staff were a little underwhelming on our first night check in - this was MORE than made up for - by the Front of House Manager who we spoke to the next day, that made our stay excellent!

Absolutely amazing place, a short walk to the treaty grounds. Staff were very helpful and the grounds and facilities are immaculate. Very highly recommended.

Buffet breakfast was awesome, and the pool was a winner!
Really loved the pool facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms.
We had mix ups with our food orders for dinner and drinks. Food coming to us that wasn’t what we ordered and then a grumpy face by server when we told her we didn’t order those two things. As if we were in the wrong. Then wrong drink orders were brought to us on the same evening.
The location is stunning and the hotel is comfortable and welcoming.
