Clean
Overall, we had an okay stay. The place was comfortable, although it did feel a little dated and could benefit from some updating.
One small issue we experienced was with the TV. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect our mobile phone to it. Perhaps upgrading to a newer smart TV with built-in access to popular streaming apps would make things easier and more convenient for guests, rather than requiring them
Location, views, plenty of pool options, buffet breakfast.
Room could have been cleaner, sticky residue on benches, looked like room wasn't vacuumed from stay prior.
The area.
How small the spa was. Pools weren't warm temp. But in saying that, they were crisp nice. But pretty dirty.

I liked everything about copthrone, the area, rooms, very friendly staff & the most beautiful food ever.
When you’re in one of the downstairs rooms & someone is staying above you, the showers are very loud but overall we got our moneys worth ☺️
